部屋が広くゆっくりくつろげた。
Pros:

部屋が広く　ゆっくりくつろげた。
ベッドもセミダブルで余裕があり良かった。
朝食もバイキングで美味しかったです。

Cons:

照明灯スイッチが一箇所にまとめてあつたらより良かった。
建築年数が経っているせいか　やはり、水周りが古い

Pros:

スタッフさんの皆さんにわからなかった事等聞くと丁寧に教えて頂けました。また、近隣のお食事処の地図や定休日なども載せている案内の紙を用意して下さってたのが良かったです
全国各地にあるグランドホテル。
宴会も毎日入っていて人の出入りがある分、スタッフさんも背筋もピンとしていた印象ありました。

Cons:

駐車場がわからなくて電話で確認する事に。対応して下さったスタッフさんも改善の話をしていたので今後に期待。また、サイトにも駐車場の場所を載せてくれると良かったと思いました。（車で来る、公共機関で来る等は自分の見落としかも知れませんが、記入無かったと思います）

Great place with reasonable prices for Yamagata!
Pros:

Not sure but I believe that they upgraded my room for me since I stayed for 8 nights. As staying in that room alone, I was well relaxed and comfortable.
