I like where its located too
Everything was good. Staff is great. They accepted my request to extend the checking out by 1 hour.
Main bed was very comfortable. Room was a good size and seemed clean. Good location for what we needed. Very happy to be able to bring our puppy tho I had no idea there was a charge. Liked having a kitchenette in our room. Liked that there were 2 tv's available as we were travelling with our 18 year old daughter.
Pull out couch was not comfortable at all so my daughter just slept on the couch. Furniture seemed very dated. Fridge was not cold. Booked for 4 adults, (although only 3 of us stayed) and seemed to be only stocked for 2. Very dated for television use. I was really looking forward to relaxing with my daughter in the evening and signing in to our Netflix account but only a channel guide was available with no option for streaming. $364 plus a pet fee for one night was extremely over-priced for what we got. Pool was closed for renovations.

I was able to book with my debit visa, then when I arrived I was told I couldn't use that card to pay for damage deposit and they wouldn't take cash. Me and my 11yr old son had nowhere to sleep, we had to drive home at 3am. Also I couldn't get my normal hotel because it took 2 days to get my money back. The worst experience first experience I've ever encountered. Absolutely do not recommend.

I didn't mind the first email asking if I wanted to be upgraded for small extra cost. But, between booking.com and Sandman, I got 14 emails. Seriously guys, We felt harassed. We considered canceling. Not everyone has the extra money for upgrades....
Location, clean, pet friendly
Renovations going on, extreme noise . We actually left within minutes of arriving. The noise in our room was unbearable. I went back to the front desk and was told they can do nothing about the noise and we could leave if wanted..we left!!
The lobby was fantastic
the rooms look outdated, weren’t clean and didn’t get cleaned for the whole 5 nights we were there.
Beautiful clean hotel would definitely recommend and having the Moxie and Denny’s restaurants there was an extra bonus without having to go outside😊
The cedar smell in the front lobby was amazing. Jack on the front desk is the best. So accommodating excellent with the Children we will be back for sure.
The cost of the hotel room was very reasonable. The facilities were clean and well maintained.
Would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast included in our stay. Denny's was great but we found it very expensive.
