Important information:

The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provides reserved parking spaces at the front of the hotel.

A valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival in order to check in. Please note that the hotel does not accept prepaid credit cards or cash upon arrival. Pre-authorization will be requested to be debited from your credit card upon check in. This is a pre-authorization only. No funds are captured until check out. Should you wish to pay with debit card, full payment is required upon arrival.

The health club opening hours are as follow:

- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 22:00
- Weekends and Bank Holidays: 08:00 until 20:00

Access to the pool area for children is restricted to 09:00 until 18:00 daily.

Children’s swimming pool times are extended to 19:00 during holiday periods. (Please call the health club for further details).

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Rooms are nice, food is decent , most staff were friendly but room service was a disaster.
Pros:

Good location, near city centre, Bons Secours hospital

Cons:

The room service was poor. Dinner came in 2 parts with 50 mins in between and breakfast was a no show. The app asks if you want to pay by card or on check out, I choose check out but staff insisted I payed there and then.

Really enjoyable hotel loved the spa and health centre, rooms very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Beautiful Spa and Leisure Centre. Food in the bar was very good.

Cons:

I felt that, with some bar staff, we were an inconvenience. Some of them clearly didn't like their jobs and didn't want to be there. I had asked for some information on the area, and they were quite rude and didn't want to be bothered.

Great hotel, location not quite so
Pros:

Room was great & bed very comfy. Found the 'cafe' on our last day at the rear of the hotel - lovely cakes! Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar well stocked.

Cons:

A bit too far from the city center for us - spent £546 on taxis (there were 6 of us so larger taxis) over 3 days

Pros:

Attention to detail with the nespresso machine and chocolate kimberley. Turn down service with night time chocolate. Refillable water stations on each floor in lift lobby. Cooked offering at breakfast & specualty coffees on request foc. Hydro therapy pool ( outdoor ) quieet liberating and re refreshing. The bar staff, cocktails and bar food were top class and readonably priced for the quality.

Cons:

Only being able to stay 1 night ( my time constraints, not a fault of the hotel )

Cons:

Prices were quite high for food and drink in the hotel. A tray charge of €10 on top of a €55 bottle of prosecco was a bit much in my opinion, considering it took almost 40 minutes for the bottle to be brought to our room on the first floor.

Everything I could have asked for
Pros:

We only did room-only, but ordered room service for brunch. The food was fresh, delicious and arrived speedily! The bedroom was very comfy, not too hot or cold. The shower in the bathroom was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing! I think it was the perfect stay.
