Great cute place, highly recommend it.
Pros:

It’s cute and easily accessible.
We loved the themes of a train station meeting wood cabin camping. The staff was very accommodating and it came with a free drink (beer, soda, or water). We have stayed here twice in the past two weeks.

Cons:

One stay we were placed right behind the dumpster and next to the laundry facility so it didn’t smell great.

Pros:

Friendly stuff, tasty coffee and coffee machine in lobby did our stay, as well as cosy lobby and facilities. The rooms are well organized even with it normal size. Rooms are not outdated, kind of modern with fridge. Microwave, teapot and tea station are in lobby. Location is great for beach and center of South Lake Tahoe, gondola etc. Very welcome stuff.
Welcome drinks were as well nice and memorable!

Cons:

We wish rooms, especially shower areas would be more clean. The areas between tiles.
One small moment: they had smore kits as welcome package, but that was strange when for 4 people in one room (2 adults and 2 kids) we got 2 kits and the receptionist asked for $5 more for additional 2 ones. That's totally ok to charge, but that welcome kits actually haven't served it purpose: as it excluded part of our group.

A South Lake winner!
Pros:

Very nice spot, a cut above many of the motels in this area. Good hot hot tub... Nice decor and beds. Friendly staff. Free beer on arrival and good free coffee. Easy walk to casinos.

Cons:

Room had an intense smell of cigarettes. It was overwhelming. I arrived at 1145 pm and reception was closed. They close at 11p something I didn’t see advertised. I asked for a new room. They said someone would be there in 15 minutes, after half an hour I gave up and told them to send their person home so I could get some sleep. They ignored that, and someone was knocking on my door at 1am.

Best hotel in South Lake Tahoe!
Pros:

Amazing place to stay in South Lake Tahoe! Comfy, well-appointed rooms and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We always look for pet-friendly hotels that are good value and Station House Inn delivered. We hope to be back!

Location and staffs were great, but bed wasn’t comfortable at all.
Pros:

Location was great, many choices restaurants nearby.
