Excellent for families. Games room and pool great. Good breakfast spread. Family room pretty spacious. Fab staff. Good location near Lalandia and Legoland (and bus stop) and pleasant walk to central Billund. Comfy beds. Good snacks available.
Very difficult to criticize but only niggle was that our shower (room 133) was very difficult to get the right temperature. That said we had family members in other rooms and theirs was fine.
Schönes Frühstück, Legoland nur in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, genügend Aktivitäten auch im Hotel direkt: Spielzimmer für Kinder mit Bellebad, Brettspiele, Schach, sehr viel Lego, was zur Verfügung steht, Pool und Sauna, kleiner aber schöner Spielplatz.
Wir haben den Geburtstag unserer Tochter im Hotel verbracht, auf Nachfrage wurde uns eine schöne Torte zubereitet, sehr sehr nett.
Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel.
Wir hatten etwas mit der Dusche zu kämpfen, entweder war das Wasser zu heiß oder zu kalt. Aber das ist meckern auf dem hohen Niveau. Sonst war alles top.
Very spacious rooms and good breakfast
Everything was great
Location close to Legoland
Unclean and dingy rooms. The carpets around the hotel were not clean, the room was dark with dated furniture, the upholstery was old and under the chair cushions was very dirty, bedding was tired, and on one day they left the dirty bedding laundry cages (not wrapped up) outside our room from 9am-10pm. They said the laundry service hadn’t been to take them away but this is unprofessional and unsanitary. They came to take them away hours after I complained about it but they only did this once my children were asleep and it made a lot of noise. The whole place just didn’t feel clean. Would not stay here again.
Breakfast was really goid and the beds were comfortable.
The shower was too small and shower head too old. The water was not hot enough and the shower not really relaxing because small shower head and lack of space .
The facilities for the kids, great place to play for a bad weather day. The pool was great also. The mini buffet 24/7 was excelent. Very diverse breakfast!!

Our room was perfectly positioned opposite the play ground which my young boys loved. It gave them freedom to play outside without us standing over them. It felt safe. The pool was great although we only used it once. The breakfast was lovely. The location was perfect.
Our tv didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t use it. It is a shame that there’s no food options on an evening. We would’ve dined at the hotel if we could, given how nice the breakfast is.
Good location for all the local attractions
They have a lot of parking spaces yet still charge people staying for parking and the sauna isn’t very warm
Close for trip to Lego house

Personally didn't sleep the best but kids slept great so probably more a me thing than hotel.
We had kettle and tea bags but no milk and glasses rather than mugs but think that's what they do here. There would probably have been milk had I gone and asked but I didn't so that's on me.
El alojamiento y las instalaciones son una pasada, los niños y yo estuvimos muy a gusto.
Creo q deberían hacer cenas. Tiene como un mini bufet pero son platos muy limitados. El desayuno de la mañana espectacular.

La ubicación es excelente (fuimos andando tanto a legohouse como a loegoland) y el ambiente acogedor. Desayuno muy bueno.
La iluminación de la habitación, esas luces que tienen no iluminan casi nada, era muy incómodo.
No aspiraban la moqueta cuando hacían la habitación.
El no poder regular la temperatura de la habitación, hacía mucho calor dentro.
Que te cobren el parking, debería estar incluido para los huéspedes.
