The hotel is lovely, the owners should be put in stocks
Pros:

The hotel is great, it's lovely to see Seasons be revamped

Cons:

There is a 200 dollar a night refundable damages charge on the rooms. This is exorbitant, no other similar hotel in town (QT, The Melbourne) wants even close to that as a deposit. This hotel is selling itself as a 5 star property with these ideas and it is far from that. The idea that there is anything worth stealing for 200 dollars per night or breaking in the rooms is laughable. There aren't even Bang and Oulfsen speakers in the rooms, they're Bose. The hotel has ideas above its station, and it brings shame upon the staff who have to ask for these charges as well as shame upon the owners who think so little of their patrons - who are being being charged no small sum to stay at their hotel - that they would need 200 dollars a night deposit. Really bad, guys. Really, really bad.

If it wasn’t for the expensive parking I would’ve rated the hotel 10/10
Pros:

Beautiful room. Nice staff.

Cons:

Very very expensive valet parking.
Customers should be made aware of the cost.
I have used this service many times at other hotels but none were as expensive as this.

Perfect hotel for the price and location
Pros:

Raghav and Alicia were exceptional receptionists who went above and beyond during our stay. They complemented the new and fresh hotel beautifully. The room was spacious and clean, and filled with appliances that were useful and great to use. We loved the heated pool, especially during the cold and windy weather. The Farra dining room and the bar were nice, and the food and drinks were tasty as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will most likely return to this hotel when I come back to Perth.

Cons:

While our first room was a bit dirty, Raghav handled it swiftly and switched us to another room, which was clean and equally spacious.

Super lovely overnight in the city!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional- so friendly and helpful!
Rooms and Decor is really fresh and comfortable, great design and a really nice bar.
We shared plates from the restaurant Farrah for dinner and it was delicious!!

Enjoyed our short stay there.
Pros:

Clean, modern and lots of extra details
Like make mirror, speaker in the room etc

Cons:

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but pillows were great. The location was fine but would like more lighting outside as lots of homelessness on other side of the street.

A little slice of Europe
Pros:

Gorgeous modern-retro room. Very European inspired in the best way. Fun lobby/bar with a DJ on arrival, however once we got to our room on the ground floor it was wonderfully tranquil and quiet. Cant wait to come back and live out my “Euro” summer and make good use of that gorgeous pool area!

Cons:

I recommend requesting an upper level room if possible - the room was gorgeous however our only complaint would be the view of the back of the hotel with skip bins, and courier traffic. I love having the windows open but to maintain privacy we kept them closed as it was obvious the couriers could see right in.
