Overall it was fantastic and will be staying again for sure
Pros:

Location, staff the rooms . Great hotel all around and Perth is always tricky with hotels but Hyde Perth is fabulous. From the Bose portable speakers to the high end Dyson hairdryers attention to detail was superb . Highly recommend

Cons:

The overnight room
Menu is very limited . I like a sauna and the hotel doesn’t have one but overall it is a minor details . But room service overnight could be a little better with more choice rather than only two choices

Good location, great staff, unfortunately not worth the money.
Pros:

Location was great for access to the ferry and local shops. Staff were all lovely, easily the best thing about the stay. Room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.

Cons:

We settled in on our first night after travelling all day and were very excited to just order room service and watch a movie. Room service offers 2 main dishes - a burger and butter chicken.. Nothing else?. We then went to choose a channel for a movie and the only option is to chrome cast/ screen share from your phone, and this function was down and not working according to staff. Even if the function was working, if you dont have netflix on your phone - which we dont, you literally cant watch anything except for local channels. Our mini bar wasnt stocked on arrival, had some chips with the bare minimum tea/coffee available. We often stay at higher end hotels and whilst the staff certainly met expectations, the little things that make the stay comfortable did not hit the mark. We have also never experienced a hotel that takes a $200 per night deposit - ridiculous to take $600-$800 off someone when theyve just paid 1800 for four nights..

A flawless stay that exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Everything… The staff were superb - friendly, welcoming and genuinely attentive. The hotel feels spacious, airy and beautifully designed, while our Mediterranean-inspired room was stylish, comfortable and finished with high-quality amenities. We loved relaxing in the bar overlooking the street and pool - it genuinely felt like being in Europe. The Greek food was delicious and great value, the beer selection was solid, and the location was close to everything while remaining peaceful.

First time at Hyde
Pros:

We enjoyed the amenities and the room we booked along with the lobby dining area. Very good aesthetic and cultural style. The staff were very thorough and friendly to talk to.

Cons:

The view of our room had us facing a lot of air ventilation pipes as we were on the first floor. The gym facilities, I understand it's a small space. However, the equipment could have been a tad more, such as a multi cable-trainer in the mirror corner.

Nice facilities, food/bar staff could be a bit more on the ball
Pros:

Nice breakfast but 2 pieces of sour dough better than one, T2 tea is disgusting and tasteless so I had to buy and bring my own tea bags, but the breakfast was still very nice.
I ordered a bitters and tonic and a mineral water for my son from the bar, I got bitters and mineral water which was undrinkable so I re ordered them I got a bitters and soda and a seperate mineral water. I gave up, bitters and tonic is simply bitters and tonic water but they were incapable of making it, in the end I had to pay for a drink I didn’t want, that was disappointing
