Pros:

New hotel with modern design near Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter. Luxurious feeling. Bathhouse is a "peaceful oasis" that offers a holistic approach, spa treatment rooms are not open yet. Lounge experience with personalised service, very "attentive and thoughtful" specially by Mr. Vu Duy Tien (Lounge Manager).

Pros:
