Perfect option for connection flight stay
Pros:

Location, close to airport. Room size. Staff are professional . Good for 1 or couple nights

Cons:

No serving alcohol drink. They did not accept old Euro bill which all hotels accept. Mosque is vey close and load noise at the early morning is vey annoying.

The customer service manager, Zeynep was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped arrange transportation for our group and made sure we arrived. Hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Great value!
Pros:

A very quiet, modern hotel that was perfect to get to the airport the next day. Comfortable bed and great shower. Staff were friendly. Dinner and breakfast were good.

The hotel was lovely but they were useless with a shuttle reservation.

Cons:

I tried for three days to get a shuttle service to pick us up at the airport on What's App. Our plane landed at 11:30 p.m. The confirmation was always "I have noted that. The team can keep that in mind." However, they did not assist with a shuttle. I ended up getting a shuttle at the airport. This situation really made me angry. I specifically booked this hotel for the shuttle service.

Great for an airport layover but book the transfer
Pros:

Lovely modern bright hotel. Room was quiet and clean and very modern. Staff were excellent. We stayed for a flight layover. Hotel booked us a transfer and this worked out well. We had to wait a little for it. It was very late and Istanbul airport was manic. I would not liked to have to get a taxi late at night. Lovely breakfast with a great selection.

Cons:

Nothing really. It was perfect for our short stay. There is not a lot to do around it but that did not bother us.
