Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Personal und guter Lage, aber mit kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr strategisch und praktisch.

Cons:

Ich war etwas enttäuscht, dass der Herd nicht angeschlossen war, obwohl ich dachte, er wäre nutzbar. Auch das Frühstück hat mir nicht besonders gut gefallen.

High quality apartment
Pros:

Amazing central location down a side street in Maarif. Round the corner from McDonalds and further up KFC. Plenty of taxis around there. Ibtishaam at reception was warm, welcoming and spoke fluent English, great comms by text beforehand too. Ali at tge door always welcomed us warmly too.

The accommodation was stunningly clean (new hotel apartment) with superb lifts and daily room service. The kitchen area was useful although short on cutlery/crockery and no pans/pots. Short 15/20 minutes taxi ride to everywhere....the corniche, the malls, Hassan II mosque as well as others we went to.

Cons:

MINOR: We were told breakfast as per comms, but given an iftaar box at 630pm everday instead (same contents every day). There is currently no in house restaurant but I understand they are working on one for the top floor. There is no toilet either at reception.

The water pressure in the bathroom was low (high floor maybe?) The fish market does give off a strong smell, although they have countered that with a lovely fragrance as you enter. The adhaan from the mosque is quite loud and may be a problem for anyone not wanting to be woken in the darker hours (no issue with us)

All in all tgough a deserved 10, needs a few tweaks tgough. Hoping to return with family in future

Laba miera osta no steidzigās pilsētas burzmas.
Pros:

Apartaments bija tīrs un komfortabls. Ļoti patika balkons, kur varēja baudīt sauli. Ērta gulta. Ļoti pretīmnākošs personāls, kas ne tikai ieteica vakariņu un brokastu vietu, bet arī piezvanīja un norezervēja galdiņu.

Cons:

Apkārtne varētu būt tīrāka, bet tas nav naktsmītnes jautājums, jo ieejot iekšā ir pilnīgi cita atmosfēra. Jārēķinās, ka blakus ir Mošeja, bijām Ramadan laikā, līdz ar to agri no tīta tikām modināti uz lūgšanu☺️

The hotel is new, in a good location.The restaurant is not ready yet, but the other amenities are excellent. Hamza is very good and accommodating. We stayed at the same hotel on our way back for 3 more nights. Good value for the money. Would highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella , nuova, pulita , in posizione ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non ci fossero stoviglie in camera , visto che c’è una cucina , avrei anche preferito trovare pentole per poter cucinare. Inoltre la colazione non è mai arrivata nell’orario stabilito ma sempre in ritardo. Non c’è una sala colaIone , ma portano box in camera . Questo sistema penso sia a causa del Ramadan in corso . Nonostante tutto consiglio questo hotel per posizione e pulizia . Veramente bello tutto il resto
