تجربتي كانت مخيبة للآمال، فالغرفة بدون سخان والتكييف سيئ. عند وصولي طلبت المساعدة في حمل الشنط وانتظرت ربع ساعة دون استجابة، واضطررت لحملها بنفسي. الخدمة بطيئة جدًا، والطلبات لا تتم تلبيتها إلا بعد ساعتين تقريبًا. للأسف، مستوى الخدمة لا يعكس المدح الموجود عن الفندق، وأتمنى تحسين التعامل وسرعة الاستجابة

Pros:

An excellent hotel; we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The staff were friendly, attentive and always ready to help. I’d particularly like to mention the location — it’s easy to get to the main attractions and places of interest. The atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. We also enjoyed the breakfasts. Overall, our experience was exactly what we’d hoped for. We’d be delighted to stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.

أولاً برود في الاستقبال وتاخير في الدخول رغم اني حاجز من بوكنق واعطيت الموظف الجوازات وعقد الزواج ولكن للاسف اخذ يقراء العقد سطر سطر وحرف دون اي احترام لسني وسفري بالسياره وثانياً عدم توفر شطاف في الحمام وعدم توفر قارورة ماء

An exceptional stay!!
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and secure. The balcony is a great size and perfect for watching daily life unfold below. The bed was the most comfortable one we had on this trip. The staff were amazing, especially Zachariah. All the staff members we interacted with were kind and very helpful when asked what cafes/restaurants/shops they would recommend. The in-room breakfast was good and reasonably priced. There are four different menu options along with ala cart items you can choose from. Great location central to everything in Maarif. There are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. It is right across the street from a fruit, meat, and vegetable market that made for an enjoyable and lively morning on the balcony. Even during checkout they were helpful. They called our taxi and even loaded our luggage for us. We stayed in many places across Morocco and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing stay!

Pros:

Hamza, at the reception was very welcoming. He attended promply to our requests. His advice and suggestions were very helpful. After a long flight to Casablanca, Hamza kindly allowed us to check-in early. We are very grateful for that. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room service is excellent. The cleaning ladies and the porters were all very helpful.
All the staff always have a smile on their face. We will definitely come back when in Casablanca.

Excellent stay from start to finish! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, generous, and served directly in the room, which was a really nice touch. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help.

Everything contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Casablanca!

For my short day, it was fine. What I stay again ? I probably would. .
Pros:

Great location and the staff was really nice. We ran into an issue where we didn’t have transportation to the airport. It’s at the very last minute.And the staff called someone at like 4 AM and was able to get us someone to transport us. I’m so grateful to the staff for their help.

Cons:

We had a shower that didn’t drain , therefore the bathroom floor flooded and water started to come into the kitchen … they also have an ant problem.
