Prisvärt nära bussterminalen
Pros:

Modernt, bekvämt och nära bussterminalen. Prisvärt, speciellt för vidare bussresor till de flesta städer i Albanien. Jag har tidigare betalat det dubbla priset för ett hotell obetydligt närmare bussterminalen och med samma standard.

Cons:

Att det tar drygt en halvtimma med buss till centrum är i sig inte något fel på hotellet.

Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku.
Pros:

Zameldowanie odbyło się w barze w Hotelu. Młody manager stanął na wysokości zadania. Wszystko pokazał, wyjaśnił, jak na swój wiek, był bardzo konkretny, miły i ogarniał angielski. Pozdrawiam Cię młody człowieku.

Right choice
Pros:

Amazing stay in Tirana, very close to the bus station. The room was very clean and tidy, sooo comfortable. They even leave dental and shaving kits, also sleepers. I wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, you won’t regret.

Very comfortable new hotel / serviced apartment conveniently located for the coach station
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and very modern hotel cum serviced apartment. Fabulous air conditioning and nice balcony. Very helpful staff / owner. Close to the main bus terminal to the west of the city.

Cons:

The area is a bit random but there are nice local shops and services, and ES cafe downstairs is great for coffee and drinks.

Good for one night
Pros:

Great location for people who come in from airport and wanna take a bus in the morning

Cons:

-Showers not well designed with water accumulation if you are not careful
-so many stray dogs around and they keep barking during the night

Super miejsce - blisko lotniska.
Pros:

Pokój hotelowy super. Wygodny, klimatyzacja działała. Właściciel bardzo miły, przyjechaliśmy późno i zamówił nam pizzę do hotelu.

Cons:

Jedynie prysznic tak zamontowany, że powodował zalewanie łazienki. Poza tym wszystko super.

+This time around the room was slightly better than the last time around a couple of days earlier.
+Clean room.
+"Sleepy", peaceful area next to the highway and the bus station (of which the modern version seems to be opening soon) that takes you to places.

Cons:

Neutral notes:
You have to check in via the cafe downstairs (or, rather, pick someone up from there to process your check in). I suppose, in theory, there can be someone at the counter as you arrive. Nevertheless, I had to go through the cafe both times around.

+Good introduction to room.
+Good and comfortable bed.
+The area was very peaceful despite being close to the bus station (for travel around the country).
+Fridge with a couple of bottles of water on the house.

Cons:

-Parts of the room felt cramped (eg the toilet).
-The toilet seat in this room was quite sharp and ended up tearing into my flesh.
I stayed in another room, as I returned from elsewhere in the country, and it was better in both respects. The floor plan seems to be a bit different in each room.

Neutral notes:
There are not that many eateries in the nearby area and around half were randomly closed during my stay. The nearby markets (closest one seemed to be open 24/7, situated pretty much around the corner) store a small selection of drinks and snacks, but not really food items. Going to the supermarket or restaurants outside the area is a bit chaotic and the traffic arrangements can seem intimidating at first, if you come from a country with less intense and more rule-obedient traffic.
Also, the taxi from the airport "could not find" the place because the "road was closed" (it was not). I had to walk a few hundred meters through the neighborhood. Set up your map, just in case.
