The room with my capsule, and my capsule in particular, were clean. Hot water in the shower. Of the two showers, one has an internal door; I got that one, so the clothes that I hung up stayed dry. Somebody answered my text and agreed to let me leave my bag in the locker for an extra hour on checkout day.

Cons:

A few years ago, I stayed in a capsule hotel by the same name and located around the corner. That was nice; it had a clean lobby and the ratio of rooms to toilets and shower was reasonable. The public area in this place is a dump; it's a collection of rooms rather than a lobby, and it doesn't look nice. I arrived around 21:00, and no staff was apparent. The ratio of rooms to toilets and showers is pretty high. It looked as though a non-guest was sleeping at a table in the public area, possibly because the outer door was not locked.

Es gibt KEINEN Whirlpool oder Spa, es steht aber in der Beschreibung!!! Kommunikation war sehr schlecht. Antwort erst nach 14 Stunden. Komplizierter Check-In. Mitarbeiter nur wenige Stunden am Tag vor Ort. Man muss andere Gäste fragen um sich zurechtzufinden. Capsel war nicht abschließbar. Zimmertür defekt. Terrasse ist nicht schön und Lagerort für Renovierungen. Steckdose in der Capsel defekt. Lüftung sehr laut, wenn die Tür der Kapsel zu ist, heizt sich die Capsel schnell auf, sodass man in der Nacht die Tür der Capsel zum Lüften aufmachen muss.

The mattress and linens were up to expectations.

Cons:

No hot water. Lack of front door security. During my last night a person came in off the street and spent all night in the common area. The amount of bathroom stalls and shower stalls are not enough for the amount of guests. Somewhat complicated getting the key because of last minute communication with clients.
