The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect near the beach and near the centre. Lots of places to eat at walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well decorated and had everything needed.
Moderne schöne Ausstattung. Freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Sind sehr flexibel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Nur Kleinigkeiten:
Keine Handtuchhalter in Bad oder Küche. Keine Ablage für Duschgel im Duschbereich. Etwas hellhörig.

Lokalita skvela, cistota absolutna, priestory boli nove a stylove. Blizkost plaze a vyhoda spojena s tym, ze majitel apartmanu bol aj majitel plaze. Parkovanie hned vedla apartmanu za rampou. Vzhladom na problemy s parkovanim v danej lokalite je to napriek poplatku vysoky benefit.
Fotky priradene ku apartmanu boli z ineho apartmanu. Islo o vyhlad na more, ktory vdaka nizkemu poschodiu nebol. Vybavenost apartmanu tiez uplne nesedela s popisom, to odporucame aktualizovat a navrhujeme doplnit kavovar, ten byva uz beznou sucastou apartmanov. Co je este dolezite pre letnu dovolenku, je moznost kde susit uteraky a dalsie mokre veci. Maly susiak zial nepostacuje. Rovnako ako uteraky v kupelni, ktore nie je kam zavesit. Na recepcii bol pravidelne pritomny majitel, z ktoreho sme mali pocit, akoby mu nie uplne sadli cudzinci.

Struttura nuova, pulita e ben attrezzata. Ottima la spiaggia convenzionata, proprietaria molto gentile.
Residence bellissimo, super moderno e all'avanguardia. All'interno del mini appartamento c'è tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
A due passi dal mare
I think it is one of best option in civitanova. Appartment with estetica of hotel plus small kitchen that allows you to cook salad or tea. Location is perfect! All is clean and new. Big balcony. All necessary is at hand.
Would be nice to have a small table and couple of chairs dedicated for balcony. Just to drink prosecco or tea sitting on this beautiful and big balcony. Also I would add small shelves in shower to put shampoos etc. all rest is wonderful and cost each cent.
