La location, pulitissima e accogliente. La presenza di tutti i confort necessari.

Siamo stati 2 coppie di adulti e un neonato sotto 1 anno.
Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento di 35m*, dove dall’annuncio si specificava che aveva 2 camere e un soggiorno, arrivati lì l’appartamento era al primo piano con le scale (non specificato da nessuna parte, quindi potete immaginare il disaggio col passeggino), abbiamo trovato una camera col letto matrimoniale e un minuscolo cucinotto dove c’era un divano che si apriva e diventava 2 letti a castello. Diverso da quello che trovi specificato nell’annuncio mentre scegli il tipo di appartamento. Ovviamente abbiamo provato a chiedere spiegazioni alla persona che c’era alla reception, ma ci ha risposto che non se ne occupano loro direttamente, poiché questo tipo di prenotazione e gestita dalla società esterna Hotiday Relais Costa degli Etruschi!
Esperienza deludente, mai più prenotazioni senza chiamare prima in struttura per chiedere informazioni.
Absolutely loved our stay there. Super modern, clean and comfortable. The apartment had excellent facilities, great kitchen. I have no words for how well maintained the outdoor facilities are, we had the best break on the way to Florence.
The photos don't show very well that the second bed is actually in the kitchen and it is a bunk bed sofa, I think this could have been photographed and represented better.
Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura immersa nella campagna toscana a pochi minuti dal mare.
Fin dal mio arrivo sono stata accolta con grande cordialità e professionalità da uno staff disponibile e attento. Si percepisce immediatamente la passione con cui viene gestita la struttura e l'attenzione che viene dedicata agli ospiti.
Le sistemazioni sono eleganti, spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort. Gli spazi esterni molto curati, una splendida piscina e l'atmosfera che si respira è quella di un vero angolo di pace.
È davvero molto raro trovare una combinazione così perfetta di qualità, eleganza e ospitalità.Non dimenticherò facilmente il cappuccino del mattino: vedere una dedica stampata sulla schiuma è stata una sorpresa tanto semplice quanto speciale, mi ha dato quella dose di energia positiva che ha accompagnato tutta la giornata. Un piccolo gesto che racconta perfettamente la cura di questo luogo.
Tornerò presto.

Évidemment la Toscane est vraiment très belle, et globalement partout les italiens sont accueillants sympathiques et ouverts.
La chambre était sale a notre arrivée pn a meme trouvé un vieux slip. Le petit dejeuner est le pire qu on ait eu en Italie et pourtant depuis 4 ans des hôtels en Italie on en a fait a 4 voyages par an en moyenne, on est fan. Si le petit personnel est sympathique en revanche l accueil est plus que glacial voir inconvenant dans cet hotel. Franchement je ne le conseille absolument pas. Comblé de toit après 3 jours dans notre chambre ce matin nous n avons plus d eau chaude. Il y a beaucoup de lieux d hébergement super en Italie allez ailleurs. C est notre pire expérience

The the furniture is oldschool, it smells like poop in the bathroom, the livingroom also smells and the walls are thin we could hear our neighbors snoring and doing other things
Podere estremamente curato e pulito. Appartamento spazioso e dotato di ogni confort. Colazione ricca, forse un pochino costosa. Dovessi ritornare in zona alloggerei nuovamente qui.
