We arrived at the location and found out that there was no accommodation for us because the host said that the booking thru this site and any other online platforms is a scam.it was very stressful to find an accommodation on the same day we arrived, it ruined our entire itenerary in ho chi minh coz we needed to transfer accommodation everyday since it's peak season and there were no available accommodation that can check us in for consecutive days.

В день когда мы должны были заехать мне написали на what’s up , что они обнаружили повреждение напольной плитки и устраняют и что они не могут нам предложить другие . У нас было забронировано два 3 спальных апартамента и еще отдельно подруга бронировала одни трех спальные . Мы должны были заехать тремя семьями . на сообщение о поломке я написала, что мы будем не ранее чем к 7 вечера и даже если они ее не устранят не страшно . В ответ мне ничего не ответили , по прилету в хошимин менеджер который писал мне ранее о проблеме начал звонить моей подруге и спрашивать во сколько они заедут . явно не понимая , что у нас одна компания друзей , про этом мои сообщения что я в аэропорту и скоро приеду игнорировались и когда моя подруга прислала мою бронь , в ответ получила что у них есть только одни апартаменты ). это вместо трех. в итоге нам пришлось искать номера в другом отеле с маленькими детьми в ночи ! на букинге они эту бронь мне не аннулировали и я была в полной уверенности , что меня просто оповестили о поломки плитки ). Найти номера в таком количестве в пятницу было нелегко , учитывая еще что мы уже практически доехали до этих апартаментов в надежде что нас заселят . Не рекомендую ничего бронировать в данном апарт отеле ,

Cons:

This is not a hotel , I saw posting in condo buildings that vietnam law does not allow any kind of tourist stay in residential condominium, still some of them are operating playing with law ! That’s was something which made me think twice !!

Nothing the advertising is a scam we could not stay here.

Cons:

This listing is a scam after traveling on flights for 8 hours and a 45minute taxi to the hotel, we were greeted with large signs stating it is against the law to stay at this property on a booking.com reservation. We had to call a WhatsApp number to check in and a teenager then arrived to tell us the room we booked was not avaliable but he could offer us other hotels. Do not book here under any circumstances.

Extremely Stressful Experience – Felt Unsafe and Very Unprofessional

NOTHING! This was just a terrible experience! Steer clear!

Cons:

We arrived expecting 5-star apartment accommodation. The rep showed us the apartment and then asked for payment, directing us to a QR code. We explained we couldn’t use it as we don’t have a Vietnamese bank account. She said a bank transfer would be fine, so we transferred the full amount immediately from our Singapore account.

She then told us her boss hadn’t received the money instantly. We showed clear confirmation from our bank that the funds had left our account and explained that international transfers can take a couple of days, with a reference number they could easily track. Despite this, we were told they would need to hold our passports until the money showed in their bank.

This was completely unacceptable, especially as we were travelling with our two children and staying for four nights. They had already taken photos of our passports and knew exactly who we were. I offered to send all transfer details via WhatsApp for verification. She created a WhatsApp group, which I later realised included around 10 people — very strange and unprofessional.

The situation became increasingly stressful. They refused to let us stay without handing over our passports, despite having clear proof of payment. I asked why payment wasn’t required in advance, as this entire situation could have been avoided. Only then did she suddenly pull a card machine out of her bag, an option never mentioned before and insisted we pay again, this time with an additional 8% fee. We asked to speak to a manager, who would only communicate via WhatsApp and was extremely rude and dismissive.
She insisted we must pay again, even though we had already transferred the money. We were close to paying again out of fear of being stranded with our children, but I checked Booking.com and found numerous reviews mentioning scams and fraud, which confirmed our concerns. At that point, we left immediately. Still trying to recover our money!
