Superhero Hotel

I didn't like the fact that II was charged 14.5% sales tax through the bookings.com app and then when I arrived at the hotel she proceeded to charge me an additional 17% sales tax on top of that which I know she charged other clients that as well when they were checking in, so I didn't appreciate having to spend an extra $40 on taxes that I didn't or shouldn't have had to pay when she was lining her own pockets.

Incompétence du personnel qui nous a fait attendre 2h car les touristes qui occupaient notre chambre n'avaient pas quitté les lieux depuis plusieurs jours. Équipements vétustes (ascenseur) et simple vitrage en pleine ville. Superzero hôtel serait un nom plus correct

Staff are horrible, the rudest on earth who cannot take any decision not even a check in, without speaking to their manager who don’t want to speak with guests

The elevator was broken, and one leg of the bed was damaged too, making loud noises and causing the bed to be uneven whenever someone lay down on it. There were no basic toiletries provided, and the walls were so thin that you could clearly hear conversations from the other rooms.

I already reached out to the management regarding these concerns, but they still did not provide basic toiletries like hand soap. I also immediately reported the broken bed leg because it kept making noises whenever someone was lying down.

We even decided to check out one day early because of our bad experience. When we returned the keys, the staff simply responded with “No English.” There was no proper receptionist in the hotel, and the whole system felt very disorganized and disappointing. We truly felt that our money was wasted.

When I booked this hotel, the reviews looked very good, which encouraged me to make the reservation. Sadly, I was wrong. The positive reviews honestly seemed fake.

This was our family’s first vacation in the US, but unfortunately, we had the worst experience at Superhero Hotel. There was no air conditioning as well. Never again!

No AC

just a surface facelift on an old hotel. carpet stained. no amenities really to speak of. no fridge, tv, yeah i know not in listing. but definitely contributed to the low rent vibe.

Not having a complementary Coffee or Coffeemaker in the Room or the Lobby.

El sistema de llave por bluetooth falla a veces y nos falló una noche a todos en una de las habitaciones que teníamos, no pudiendo entrar ni dormir en la habitación por la que habíamos pagado. Tras pasar la noche como pudimos, el servicio del hotel solo intentaba justificar un supuesto error nuestro o de nuestros teléfonos, siendo 0 comprensivos y ofreciendo 0 soluciones o medidas compensatorias. Una pena que su actitud frente a este tipo de situaciones y que se nieguen a aceptar los problemas o a tomar medidas ensucien lo que estaba siendo una muy buena estancia.

Nada mas hacer el check out me cobraron 5,65 dolares sin saber la razon y sin aviso. Tambien la retencion del deposito tarda un mes en devolverlo es de 125 dolares

The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Union Square, especially for those attending RSA, and you have to watch out for homeless sometimes when scanning your QRcode, but if you can let it for quick access you are good, the system works perfectly.
