Pros:

Best value hotel in Baku! The location is right in the city center, yet the rooms are very quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport transfer to the hotel went perfectly! (Thanks to Emilio for waiting so long for me!)

The rooms are very new and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

On my next visit to Baku, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Acceptable stay for noise-insensitive people
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff who greeted me on the street + carried two suitcases up 6 floors + accommodated my early move out requests.
Very safe with the staff + security cameras.
Cleaned quite well and it's modern.
Facilities seem new and renovated.
Quite from the streets despite the very good + central location (it's literally on the busiest walking street / area). The loft window is thick and soundproof.

Cons:

The door is not soundproof, and it has a big gap below, although I had this in other hotels in Azerbaijan. At 2am I could hear everything on the hallway (which is next to the bed) across the room door, including the very light / calm music played by the receptionist, and other guests sound unlocking their doors via a loud keypad.
There's only one window - the loft window, so there's no view. In the summer it's quite bright (the blind doesn't block the light very well) in early morning
Somehow there was a mosquito which surprises me
There was no hot water (the water was barely lukewarm) for the night I stayed in, or the subsequent morning, although I was offered a room switch.

Pros:

Прекрасное местоположение. Номера расположены в бывшем жилом помещении жилого дома в самом центре пешеходной зоны Баку. Это и хорошо, так как все в пешей доступности, так и не очень, потому что такси сюда не доедет и подниматься пешком на 5 высокий этаж нужно не один раз в день. Отель работает с 2024 года, современно, чисто, работают молодые ребята, очень вежливые. В номере есть кухонная зона с чайником, плитой и стиральной машиной , тв, кровать, кондиционер, кресло и шкаф. Все не плохо, интересные решения.

Cons:

Теперь о грустном. В нашем номере все было рассчитано на 1 гостя, хотя было заявлено 2. Попросили второе полотенце, так как было только одно большое и даже не было для рук и лица, и еще один пододеяльник или покрывало, но ничего не вышло. Сказали не приехало из прачечной:). Еще ночью кто-то кусался и на теле остались красные пятна, вроде как не комары. Надо брать с собой репелентное устройство, если конечно это комары или иное летающее существо. За неудобство сделали маленькую скидку. В отеле из забронированных 3 ночей прожили 1 и поздний выезд.

It is fine but just different what you would expect from hotel profile. Perhaps security issue?
Pros:

It is located really in city centre. But please know that you have to go up 5 stairs with no elevator everytime :)
The staff was trying to be kind and helpful.

Cons:

They gave exact type of room i booked to someone else when we arrived late in the evening. So, we had to stay in a room, which was not ideal for us.
Their amenity such as bath towel, mattress have holds or stains. We specifically had to ask to change...
they have kitchens but no kitchen tools at all. The kitchen feels like decorations.
Oh, room has SAME PASSCODE, at least 2 rooms we stayed.
W-fi is very bad especially if you stay far from the reception.

Pros:

Отличное расположение прямо на "торговой", в шаговой доступности бульвар, старый город, достопримечательности и музеи, много кафе, торговых центров, круглосуточные и бытовые магазины, аптеки тоже рядом.
Комната чистая, с удобной кроватью, санузел приятный, полноразмерный холодильник, электрическая плита и стиральная машинка - очень кстати. Стиральный порошок, сковороду и утюг можно попросить у работников. Вход в отель со стороны непримечательного внутреннего дворика по уличной лестнице, лифта нет, но работники помогли поднять багаж, а при дальнейшем проживании проблем подняться на 5 этаж не возникало.
Завтраки в ресторане напротив, шведский стол с не сверхбольшим, но достаточным выбором, за омлет с помидорами отдельное спасибо.

Cons:

В одном из трех номеров - самом большом, семейном - первые дни в душевой стоял несвежий запах (возможно, долго не пользовались).
