Cons:

The name actually not capital city hotel. The real hotel name is Urban Hotel Baku.

The hotel is located at 4th floor and no lift. We have to step on the staircase every time which is 8 flight staircase. Very difficulty to go up and down every time with my family.

No restaurant in the hotel. They took us to go another hotel restaurant for the breakfast.

It’s looks no good safe place.

I no recommend to anybody.

otel konum olarak çok iyi tam merkezde kahvaltı karsıda diğer otelin salonunda yapılıyor çok iyiydi acık büfe olarak çeşitliydi. otel çalışanları çok yardım sever ve ilgiliydiler. genel olarak her şey güzeldi teşekkürler.

Cons:

odaya merdiven ile ulaşılması biraz yorucuydu.

Определённо месторасположение: центральная пешеходная улица, парковые зоны, магазины, общепиты, банки, обменники и проч.
Комплектация номера (для кухни по запросу все представляют), работа персонала, чистота и удобства.
Завтраки: в формате швелского стола напротив через переходную улицу в ресторане отеля.

Фотографии на сайте соответствуют.

Cons:

Расположение по высоте: 5 этаж с высокой лестницей, с узкими и выше нормы ступенями.
Если вы никак не занимаетесь спортом, едете с ребенком или пожилым родственником, то вам будет очень тяжело каждый день преодолевать эту лестницу. Нужно быть готовым к ежедневным тяжёлым подъемам.

Отель располагается на мансардном этаже, поэтому при дневной температуре выше 25 градусов очень быстро нагревается номер, только при работе кондиционера комфортно можно там находиться (хорошо, что кондиционер есть в номере и работает исправно).

Здание не новое по постройке (сам отель новый), поэтому есть запах из канализации, но решается вопрос включённой вытяжкой в санузле.

На первый взгляд сотрудники приятные и очень вежливые

Cons:

Меня отшрафовали на 250 манат при выезде из страны. Если вы останавливаетесь больше двух недель, не останавливайтесь в этом отеле. На границе вы ничего не докажете. Я просил их сто раз сделать регистрацию, и каждый раз слышал сейчас сейчас.

При долгом проживании никаких скидок и лояльности, такое чувство что их интересуют только деньги. Они очень меня подвели.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, calm and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location was super good. The breakfast they offered was so good, I loved it.

Cons:

5 floors walk to the top of the hotel without an elevator.

Cons:

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

1. The AC was not working properly for the last 2 days of my stay.
2. My room was changed at the last moment without proper prior notice. I was informed only around 30 minutes before the room change.
3. The staff were not cooperative and did not handle my concerns professionally.
4. My booking included late checkout until 2:00 PM. However, at around 11:40 AM, staff came to my room and told me to check out. They did not properly check my booking conditions and did not even give me reasonable time to prepare.

Overall, the service and communication were very poor. I expected much better treatment, especially since the late checkout was already included in my booking.

Только лестницы - но для нас не прям проблема была - как раз нужен был спорт нам
