Debe mejorar para lograr el descanso de sus huéspedes
Pros:

Lo más destacable del hotel es la atención de su personal, todos muy atentos y ambles con los huéspedes. También la ubicación es muy buena y el hotel tiene un lindo jardín y piscina.

Cons:

No cumplió con el principal objetivo que fue el descanso: las puertas de las habitaciones no aíslan el ruido de la recepción y del desayuno, se escuchan todas las conversaciones, además no cuenta con cortinas black out que cubran toda la ventana, por lo que te despierta la luz desde muy temprano. La limpieza es un punto que deben mejorar con urgencia, ya que había mucho polvo, basura y arañas en las habitaciones y un poco de hongos en la ducha. Si bien la cama era cómoda no pude dormir bien ninguna de las noches por las causas mencionadas. Este es un hotel relativamente nuevo, pero que tiene muchos aspectos por mejorar para ser realmente un hotel boutique.

Excelente hotel boutique
Pros:

Muy buen atención y amabilidad del personal. Exquisito el desayuno y los platos del restorant. Me encantóaron los espacios verdes, jardín y piscina. La ubicación está muy buena, cerca del barrio financiero, buenos restoranes y aeropuerto.

Cons:

Las habitaciones nuevas ubicadas al otro lado del jardín no tienen mucha aislación acústica. Se escucha de una pieza a otra.

Echt een heel fijn kleinschalig hotel, veilig en alles op loopafstand. Restaurants, shopping mail etc.waar voor je geld . Verborgen parel. Kan niet wachten om er er terug te komen. Reis veel maar dit.. heerlijk bed btw

Excellent value, very good brekkie and service, lovely rooms
Pros:

Excellent value, very good breakfast, high level of service and always smiling staff, exceptionally good beds, lovely garden and pool, a good location and secure, gated parking.

Plus: food in the hotel’s restaurant was good, too. We ate there thrice (and we don’t normally eat in hotels) finding different dishes to try each day. Their burgers were better than in the popular burger joint at the big mall, which is also a short walk away. At the mall, you can find several restaurants, icecream parlour and a great supermarket Superseis, some brand stores, a good coffee house, etc.

I see that some guests haven’t liked the brekkie, it’s why we hesitated booking so here’s what it includes: a huge premium toast (2 slices together) with a topping of your choice, for example smashed avo and poached egg (delicious) or scrambled egg and bacon (or instead of toast a huge bowl of fruits with avo). Orange juice and coffee are selfservice if ypu eat in the bar (ie not limited to one cup/glass), then you get a small cup of fruit salad each day and something sweet to end with (small cakes/macarons).

Parking is in the garden with plenty of space, some shade and also one caravan plug. Gate height for bigger rigs is around 2,35 maximum (gate height can be lifted manually a bit, our camper is around 2,45 and we fitted in by removing stuff from the roof).

Pros:

Chambre très propre agréable, la salle de bain parfaite rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner était très bon . Et l'attention parfait. Merci pour ce moment agréable

Cons:

Il y avait un ventilateur de climatisation qui faisait du bruit à côté de la fenêtre. Mais rien d'alarmant.

Great hotel and great location
Pros:

Great location near Patio Paseo. Breakfast is delicious and you can take it outside in the green backyard, in your room or at the restaurant. Reception and the crew were extremely welcoming and attentious. It is a really great place to stay at and definetely will consider it next time I'm in Asuncion!
