Hotel tranquilo bonito y buena atencion del.personal.La Habitacion amplia y luminosa.

La atencion de la recepcion muy buena sobre todo una señorita que me dio la benvenida olvide su nombre super Atenta ., el hotel esta centrico es muy tranquilo la zona es buena cerca a todo

Cons:

Que me estaba bañando y cortaron el agua me dijieron 10 minutos y al final fue mucho tiempo deberian avisar y dar contension en esos momentos ya que yo estaba super apurada tenia una reunion .El desayuno no es malo pero podria ser mejor en sabor y variedad y cantidad.Y pongan comunicacion por favor de la habitacion a recepcion .

Cons:

Al ser nuevo hay cosas que terminar de organizar, ejemplo funcionamiento de c de seguridad, seria bueno que las habitaciones y el acceso a la " casa" tengan llave electrónica

Pros:

El trato del personal excelente. El hotel es precioso con un jardín con hamacas.y las habitaciones aunque un poco pequeñas muy bonitas y la cama super cómoda

Cons:

El desayuno me hubiera gustado tipo buffet para no tener que amoldarme a tener que elegir un tipo de desayuno sin opción de modificación.

Lugar muy bueno. Detalles menores en habitaciones del fondo y impermeabilidad y sonoridad

Cons:

La construcción de habitaciones del fondo. Filtra agua por las baldosas. Hay que meter otra construcción cuando es de ese origen y mas alto para que por fuera y debajo pase la cañería.

Lage toll, traumhafter Garten, der Rest: einmal und nicht wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren seeeeehr viel kleiner als angegeben - ich meine statt 40 m2 unter 20 m2. Das Frühstück musste vorher bestellt werden und man hätte es dann im Zimmer oder auf dem Plätzchen vor dem Zimmer essen sollen. Im Zimmer war aber nicht einmal eine Sitzgelegenheit und draussen war es sehr kalt. Wir gingen dann in die Rezeptionsregion, dort hatte es ein paar Tische. Das Frühstück kam dann nach langem Warten - ziemlich alles, wie nicht bestellt. Unglaublich.

Suite bezahlt, Kammer erhalten
Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht mit 45 m2, Balkon und Aussicht auf den Garten, erhalten haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel. Das Personal und die Administration waren nicht bereit mir den zuviel zu bezahlten Betrag zurückerstatten oder das gebuchte Zimmer bereitzustellen. Ich kann das leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Und die Sturheit des Personals hat alle positiven Aspekte überschattet. Ich kam mir betrogen vor
