pessimas condições do hotel, desagradável demais!!! sem agua, sem quarto, sem limpeza!!!!

o atendimento da recepcionista foi muito bom, ela nao tem culpa de tudo que aconteceu e tentou amenizar os problemas.

Cons:

A principio na entrada ja fomos avisados que teríamos que trocar de hotel antes do ultimo dia, pois o booking.com fez nossa reserva sem eles terem disponibilidade de quartos devido a um eventos de casamento. Perdemos 1/2 dia para trocar de hotel. Em seguida ficamos em um quarto com banheira que não tinha saída de agua, o mesmo inundava todo o chão do banheiro e o ch]ao do corredor que ia para o quarto, sem condições!!!! A limpeza deixou a desejar muito, não limparam nosso quarto, nao trocaram as toalhas e nem arrumaram nossas camas, absurdo!!!! e sem contar que ficamos um dia sem agua no hotel, sem poder tomar banho e nem escovar os dentes!!! Infelizmente experiência terrível!!!!
