Suite bezahlt, Kammer erhalten
Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht mit 45 m2, Balkon und Aussicht auf den Garten, erhalten haben wir das schlechteste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel. Das Personal und die Administration waren nicht bereit mir den zuviel zu bezahlten Betrag zurückerstatten oder das gebuchte Zimmer bereitzustellen. Ich kann das leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Und die Sturheit des Personals hat alle positiven Aspekte überschattet. Ich kam mir betrogen vor

Un oasis pero con algunos detalles por mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación es genial, el lugar es muy amplio y silencioso. Los espacios comunes son muy grandes y amplios. Hermoso. Lo que más me gustó son sus parques/patio impecables y muy espacioso y silencioso.

Cons:

No me gustó la habitación. Si bien son nuevas, la construcción es toda de Durlok y con piso flotante lo cual se siente un poco raro, y el baño está muy mal pensado. Es muy pequeño, y no tiene nada para apoyar. La verdad que es bastante incómodo, y una lástima ya que se nota que lo hicieron hace poco y habiendo tanto espacio en la propiedad hicieron lo más chico posible y sin pensar en la funcionalidad. Hay un solo gancho para colgar una toalla. El agua sale de la ducha y se moja todo. No limpiaron la habitación quedó todo el día los restos del desayuno en la habitación, y cuando lo reclamó me dicen que no avisé. Muy extraño, la limpieza en un hotel no es opcional y menos si te sirven el desayuno en la habitación. Esos detalles son a mejorar, y hacen a la comodidad de la estadía. El lugar es muy lindo pero deberían mejorar algunos detalles.

Excelente estancia, muy recomendado!

Muy cómodo, ubicación estratégica, buenos servicios, las instalaciones muy lujosas, el personal muy amable

Pros:

La ubicación , muy buena para lo que fuimos que fue esparcimiento , ubicacado en la zona nueva de Asunción .
En contra , la encargada haciendo de recepción , moza ,cajera , etc y haciendo demorar los check out

Punto a favor la hospitalidad de la encargada y la amabilidad para solucionar el problema

Cons:

Que nos dieron una habitación fuera de las instalaciones y justo nos tocó lluvia , mínimo 50 mt de cesped mojado , sin paraguas y encima el día que ingresamos no llovía pero estaban prendidos los regadores y tuvimos que correr para no mojarnos .
Muy mal las habitaciones fuera del complejo , y además el or cio elevado para la incomodidad .
El otro punto en contra es el estilo del desayuno , no nos gustó en lo más mínimo , no tener opción de elegir a la vista el desayuno es u punto muy grande en contra para lo que es ya acostumbrado en los alrededores como desayuno buffet o americano
