La ubicación esta cercana a la playa pero no quita que duermes en un poligono

La pequeña cocina en su interior y suficientes toallas. Aire acondicionado

No me gusto que la puerta principal estuviera abierta todo el rato, ya que estamos en un polígono industrial además se escucha todo una puerta al cerrar la gente subir por la escalera.

La habitación muy bien pero hay que mejorar la insonorización

Lo que me gustó:
Habitación muy bonita y bien decorada, con nevera, microondas, televisión y aire acondicionado. El baño, pequeño pero estaba muy bien. Me gustó mucho el sistema de acceso y el trato con el personal: todo se gestiona por WhatsApp, incluido el pre-check-in y los códigos de entrada, sin necesidad de contacto presencial.

Lo que no me gustó:
La habitación que me tocó no tenía ninguna ventana, solo un tragaluz que no se podía abrir. Además, el conducto de ventilación daba directamente al pasillo, por lo que se escuchaba muchísimo a los demás huéspedes al pasar, hasta el punto de parecer que estaban dentro de la habitación. Creo que deberían mejorar bastante la insonorización. La puerta principal permanecía abierta durante todo el día, incluyendo la noche, cuando realmente debería estar cerrada, ya que dispone de acceso mediante código numérico. Al estar ubicado en un polígono con poco tránsito, no me pareció seguro que cualquiera pudiera acceder al edificio y llegar hasta la zona de las habitaciones.

La habitación como tal está bien, en la esquina de la cocina tiene algo de humedad pero está bien

Cons:

Para entrar al hostal te facilitan una clave para abrir la puerta la cual cuando llegamos no funcionaba. Llamamos al teléfono y estuvimos diez minutos esperando a que viniese a abrir la puerta de la calle. Vino nos abrió y subimos a la habitación la cual si se abrió con ese código. Dentro de la misma había dos tarjetas para entrar tanto al hostal como a la habitación, las cuales tampoco abrían la puerta principal. De esto nos dimos cuenta al salir a dar un paseo por la tarde y encontrarnos al intentar entrar que no podíamos. Al llamar al teléfono la cosa no mejora porque está apagado y al no haber recepción física tuvimos que esperar que alguien alojado allí nos abrirse la puerta principal para entrar. Explicaciones las justas porque para hacer el pre check -in recibí un mensaje por aquí un email y un WhatsApp, lo cual me parece algo exagerado para luego no facilitar información de nada y a la hora de hacer el check -out aún no nos ha dado respuesta.
Añadir que para subir a la habitación hay una escalera pronunciada que no facilita subir maletas, no quiero pensar en ir con algún carro de bebe o alguna dificultad física.

Ero solo di passaggio a Marbella e cercavo un posto comodo dove trascorrere una notte: Casa Miquel si è rivelata la scelta perfetta! L'alloggio è davvero funzionale per brevi soste. Un punto di forza è stata sicuramente la comunicazione con gli host, sempre disponibili, gentili e rapidi nelle risposte.
Se avete intenzione di fermarvi qualche giorno a Marbella per esplorare la zona e cercate una sistemazione pratica e piacevole, lo consiglio assolutamente!

Cons:

La stanza era davvero troppo piccola.
