Pros:

ראשית צוות המלון היה מאוד חביב מעל המצופה ולא היה חסר כלום קיבלו אותנו בחיוך רחב.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטעימה לנוף ת"א, המיקום בקומה 17 מצויין.
בחדר האוכל השירות היה מעל המצופה אף מפתיע.

Very pleasant & staff were kind & welcoming & helpful. Not sure the price was justified
Pros:

Most things were top notch. Views are beautiful & room was spacious & very clean.
Breakfast is very large & varied although I thought the quality of bread offered was not great.
Staff were efficient & friendly.
Cost is very high & on that basis zi might not recommend the hotel but overall all was very good

לא הצלחנו למצוא משהו שלא אהבנו.
אבל, אם רוצים לשפר או לשדרג היה נחמד אם היו מקיימים תוכנית תרבות/בידור בערב לרווחת האורחים (יודעת שלא מקובל בבתי מלון במרכז הארץ)
יהיה נחמד אם יחשבו על כך....

I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

Great location and view from the room and the vista lounge
Good service from the lounge staff and reception
room clean

Cons:

I add this comment under the disclaimer that it was during the war, and the hotel was almost empty.
The pool officially was opened in 07:00 but the pool stuff arrived just around 10:00
Including the pool bar
I eat breakfast once in the hotel main restaurant and once in the vista lounge, I found the selection in compared to other Israeli hotels, very basic

Kindergarten at Vista!!
The management needs to introduce an age limit on access to this lounge - no under 5s would be a good start! The atmosphere of what is a lovely lounge, with panoramic views across the beach and city was ruined by screaming children. When we were there you could not move for 2 berth pushchairs/strollers, au pairs/nannies and ghastly, loud and inconsiderate families (mainly from LA or NY, so enough said) ‘negotiating’ at full volume with their ill-behaved screaming children. An oasis of calm it was not, we sought quiet on the outside terrace which provided a respite but object to being relegated to the terrace to escape the bedlam inside!
