We can't use the kitch, there was no information for wifi provide advance. Check in Instruction wasn't good, wrong stairs, not clear about the key box. No chair in the room
Rooms were lovely, bed is really comfy (appreciate 3 pillows i had there) and just enough for few days stay, lovely bathroom with a nice shower. Lidl and bus stop both nearby so if i needed anything it was in the reach.
I found couple of black hair (i’m blond, there’s no way of them being mine) in the “clean” towels. There were also some bug stains/squished bug in the shower corner, easily flushed down with water but didn’t leave the best impression, same as the dust in the wardrobe. Also when i had troubles picking up my keys, i asked the receptionist, she wasn’t really friendly overall unfortunately, rudely asked “what?” when i asked for help with the problem :( i believe i was being nice and polite, not rude so it wasn’t really necessary from her.
The room was clean. The view was good. Most importantly the room was soundproof, it helped me have a good sleep after tiring day..
I wish I could stay a few more days.
Close to shops, very easy to find
Easily accessible.
Unable to park anywhere around the property. No access to water except from the toilet area. This is a student accommodation and if letting out to non students, think extra provision should be made. Eg no hand washing soap.
Lack of info on arrival. No keys, no numbers, no info x 2

We was at the same time as a heatwave and room was very hot and couldn’t stand in here during the day:(
The comfortable bed, space and cleaning
The noise: it doesn’t make sense to provide a room facing a terribly busy street with a window with 0 soundproof. I had to use headphones in order to sleep.
Second thing, even worst: they keep messaging me about leaving the apartment even if I had checkout hours before and this continued the next day. I hope this was a hacking or some system malfunctioning.
