Galley Port Hotel

The property was filthy. The floors were not vacuumed or mopped. There were no sheets on the bed. No duvets. Plain duvets without sheets were brought when we requested them. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. There was mold all over the bathroom walls. The toilet was leaking and there was no hot water. When me asked for the room to be cleaned they initially said they would but they never did. They changed our room the next day as per our request. The second room was worse than the first. We left that place and went somewhere else. I’m still waiting for a refund for this disastrous booking.

This place is absolutely not trustworthy. I had confirmed reservations, but when I arrived, they had already rented out the rooms to other people. Instead, they tried to take us about 200 meters away to a place that was not even a hotel and attempted to convince us to stay there. The location was unsafe and completely unacceptable.

Because of this, we were left stranded on the streets of Istanbul until midnight. I had trusted this booking based on the company’s credibility, but it turned out to be a complete fraud.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. It is dishonest, unsafe, and should not be listed as a hotel.

По приезду оказалось каким-то чудным образом что наш номер на 90 кВ метров непригоден со вчера из-за аварии( целый день с нами были на связи и ни слова об этом по телефону не сказали) и вместо этого нам предложили 2 крохотных грязных номера без кухни и балкона. Мы отказались совсем несмотря на то что было 20:30 и заехали в соседний отель.

Номера не убирают должным образом, постель в пятнах. Есть клопы. Дочка была покусана. Фурнитура и ванная комната требует внимания. Никто ничего не делает. Просто берут деньги.
Мы на одну ночь. И не более. Не советую... У нас просто не было выхода. Хотя ориентир был на хорошие отзывы. Откуда такой рейтинг?????

Δεν μας αρεσε τιποτα. Βρωμικα ολα χωρις να εχει καθαριστει το δωματιο πριν μπουμε, παγωμενο νερο με αποτελεσμα να μην μπορουμε να κανουμε μπανιο. Δεν ειχε ρεσεψιον ενω αναφερει 24ωρη, φυγαμε την δευτερη μερα πληρωνοντας αλλο ξενοδοχειο και οταν απευθυνθηκαμε στην booking δεν πηραμε καμια απαντηση.

Nuestra habitación después de hacer la reserva, cuando llegamos dijo que no teníamos habitación que la había reservado a otras personas, nos quedó tirados y después de insistir, horas después nos dio otras habitaciones (no la misma) haciéndonos dividirnos en diferentes habitaciones, y las habitaciones totalmente distintas a las fotos, pagamos más por tener terraza y una calidad de habitación que no nos dio. Además estaba sucias las toallas, el suelo estaba con una capa de suciedad increíble, al igual que el baño. Y para encontrar la entrada al lugar... además que no avisa que hay una escalera MUY ESTRECHA de caracol para subir y pasar a las habitaciones, cosa que fue muy difícil de subir con las maletas. Además booking después de poner dos quejas no nos ayudó con nada, ni nos dio respuesta.

We had a view of a cemetery right from the balcony. Our second room wasn't ready for our check-in. The sheets were stained, and the cleaning wasn't done ok at all. There wasn't hot water in one of the rooms that we used during the whole stay, and the group had to take turns to shower in the other room. As we weren't satisfied at all, we left one night earlier - we couldn't even think of spending one more night without hot water and in those sheets. The parking that we were offered parked the cars really close to each other and our car had damage that the owners of the parking refused to deduct from our price. As we had already paid for the full stay, but left a day early, they also didn't refund that - both hotel and parking. If you go by car, trust a normal public parking.

غرفه صغيرة جدا والتكييف خفيف ولا يوجد اي سبيل للراحه والدرج اصعب مافي الموقف درج فئران وليس للبشر
