הניקייון היה בסדר הארוחת בוקר במלון גם בסדר אבל לא יותר מזה

האינטרנט בחדרים לא עבד, במלון חמישה חדרים במחיר שלהם ציפיתי שנאינטרנט יעבוד טוב בנוסף רצינו לעשות שימוש בסאונה וזה היה בתוספת תשלום דבר שלא כתוב בבוקינג או בנוסף צאק אוט ניסו לחייב אותי בדברים שלאו אכלנו מסעדת המלון חשבון של 250 יורו שלא אכלנו ולא שתינו.

Силно препоръчвам - отлично обслужване, просторни модерни стаи, страхотна закуска, перфектна локация.

Наскоро имах удоволствието да отседна в East Plaza Hotel и останах изключително впечатлена от цялостното преживяване. Още от първия момент се усеща високото ниво на обслужване и вниманието към детайла.

Пристигнах много късно през нощта след полет, но въпреки това получих изключително топло и професионално посрещане, което веднага ме накара да се почувствам добре дошла.
Хотелът е красив, модерен и луксозен, а стаята ми беше просторна и много добре оборудвана. Особено ми хареса, че разполага със смарт системи, които правят престоя наистина комфортен. Температурата в стаята беше перфектна и се регулираше изключително лесно, така че успях да създам идеалната атмосфера за почивка. Леглото беше много удобно и след дългия път успях да си почина наистина добре.

На сутринта закуската беше много вкусна и разнообразна - личи си, че се залагат на качествени продукти. По-късно посетих и ресторанта на хотела за обяд, където отново останах впечатлена от качеството на храната и обслужването.

Престоят ми беше изключително приятен и със сигурност и в бъдеще ще се възползвам от услугите им. Препоръчвам хотела на всеки, който търси комфорт, най-високо качество на обслужване и удобна локация в София.

I had an excellent stay at East Plaza Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything arranged to a high standard. The staff were professional, courteous, and always willing to assist, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Flooding in the bathroom
Pros:

Friendly staff!

Cons:

While I was taking a shower, the room flooded because the bathroom drain was clogged. The staff was friendly, and as compensation, parking was complimentary. However, the price and number of stars do not correspond to this kind of experience.

Great location if you are attending a concert/show in Arena 8888
Pros:

Great location for a show at Arena 8888- walking distance. Rooms are clean and warm for a winter stay. Will definitely book again.

Cons:

Communication with property was a struggle. Took multiple days and messages to even acknowledge a special requests. It was not anything difficult- a preference for two single beds instead of one double. It was accommodated in the end, however the communication did not match the stars/price of the property.

The staff were uninterested in helping and often unfriendly. The internet did not work at all in our room, which is unacceptable, especially for business travelers. The food quality was poor and absolutely not worth the price.

For €200 per night, we did not receive breakfast or parking, which is completely unreasonable for a hotel that presents itself as a high-end brand.

Overall, this was a very poor and disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professional service and quality.

Good location and facilities but needs some improvement and better service
Pros:

+ good location
+ well equipped gym on the 3-rd floor
+ garage (which is hard to be used if you drive a bigger car for a SUV)

Cons:

- service is too slow (check-in requires ca. 15-25 minutes)

Gerne wieder beim nächsten Sofia Besuch, aber ohne Frühstück, außer es wird erheblich verbessert !
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel ganz neu ist.
Beim Betreten des Hotels, ist die schöne Lobby ein Wow-Faktor und es riecht total angenehm, sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir konnten schon früher ins Zimmer und es wurde auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, alles noch ganz neu, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle große Dusche. Super Ausblick aus dem 11. Stock.
Auch vom Sicherheitsaspekt her sehr gut, mit der Zimmerkarte bedient man auch die Aufzüge und kann nur in das ausgewählte Stockwerk fahren.
Wir haben im Restaurant etwas gegessen, sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen war hervorragend.
Für einen Konzertbesuch in der Arena 8888 sehr zu empfehlen, man kann bequem zu Fuß hingehen, ca 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Auf Anfrage bekamen wir auch einen kostenlosen Late Check-Out, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat !

Nachdem wir am Ankunftstag im Restaurant so gut gegessen hatten, waren unsere Erwartungen an das Frühstück sehr hoch, aber leider wurden wir extrem enttäuscht, und würden es beim nächsten Aufenthalt sicher nicht mehr dazu buchen, außer es wird erheblich verbessert !

Bei einem 5 Stern Hotel ist das Frühstück leider ein absolutes No-Go und total überteuert ! Es hat eher das Niveau einer Frühstückspension, ist aber einem 5 Stern Hotel absolut nicht würdig !

Das ist wirklich schade, denn nur das tolle Rundherum alleine, macht kein 5 Stern Hotel aus, es muss eben einfach alles stimmen !
Daraus resultiert auch meine Gesamtbewertung !

Cons:

Negativ zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück !
Es gab:
- nur Kaffee, keinen Tee
- einen Toaster, aber kein Toastbrot
- die Gebäck-Station war komplett leer
- nur 1 Sorte aufgebackene Brötchen und 1 Sorte Brot das nur in viel zu dicken Scheiben vorhanden war
- zwar eine Müsli-station, aber die war leer - es gab kein Müsli
- das Rührei war kalt, der Speck der eigentlich gebratene Wurst war, war ebenfalls kalt und hart
- keine Ei-Station, wo zb Spiegelei oder Omlette frisch zubereitet werden
- keine frische Marmelade, nur abgepackte Fertigmarmelade
- Kein Honig
- Fertig-Leberpastete und Fertig-Streichkäse, nichts selbst gemachtes
- nur aufgeschnittene Tomaten und Gurken
- kein frisches Obst oder Obstsalat
- kein Joghurt
- lediglich etwas Wurst und Salami
- zumindest war die Käseauswahl halbwegs ok

Das Personal war unaufmerksam und uninteressiert, man hat lieber telefoniert und miteinander geredet, als sich auf die Gäste zu konzentrieren.
Auf unsere freundliche Anfrage ob wir Spiegeleier bekommen können, wurde mit Schulterzucken reagiert, und so getan, als ob man nicht englisch versteht.
Das ist ein sehr unfreundliches Verhalten gegenüber dem Gast !
Wir mussten ihnen sagen dass bei der Kaffeemaschine der Wassertank leer ist und der Auffangbehälter voll ist, die Anzeige in Englisch auf der Kaffeemaschine konnten sie aber sehr wohl verstehen.

Bei einem 5 Stern Hotel ist dieses Frühstück ein absolutes No-Go und total überteuert !
