Hotel modernissimo e grazioso
Pros:

Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo, bagno e camera pulitissimi, smart TV e tante luci, tende ad apertura e chiusura elettrica e tanto altro, colazione eccezionale, modernissimo in tutto, anche SPA, piscina e palestra eccezzionali

Cons:

L'aria usciva solo calda e c'era una temperatura media nella camera di 27 gradi, lo staff non ci ha potuto aiutare...
Del resto tutto impeccabile!

Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable, all of the features and controls of the rooms worked well. The lighting is also nice and well thought of. The food was also nice.

Cons:

The day we came in, after about 5 minutes a staff lady came in to put soap in the bathroom without notice, she just entered the room. The door did not lock automatically or close unless locked from the inside initially but this was resolved quickly by the technicians.

The mini bar in the room was also empty upon arrival.

The last day we were at the hotel the fire alarm went off early in the morning, on the phone reception said it was by mistake. It was very loud and it started at 8 am and continued through to about 8:40-45.

Закуската беше страхотна . Имаше всичко ,за което бихте си помислили. Менюто в ресторанта също беше отлично.

Profesional staff, excellent breakfast, a very clean, new, and modern hotel. They are open mind and the hotel is pet friendly!
The lobby is very confortable place, a piece of modern art!

widok z okna

Cons:

głównie małe rzeczy ale przez 3 dni nazbierało się ich dużo - 1 karta została źle zaprogramowana i nie otwierała pokoju i windy, po podłączeniu ładowarki do telefonu wywaliło bezpieczniki, nie było mydła pod prysznicem tylko 2 szampony, przy rejestracji Pani powiedziała żeby dodzwonić się do recepcji trzeba wykręcić 8 a okazało się że inny numer, żeby posprzątali pokój trzeba było to samemu kliknąć na padzie i tego też nikt nie powiedział i sporo takich "drobnych rzeczy" które nie zagrały
