Pros:

Stromausfall über Zwischenspeicher gelöst. Dadurch kein Stromausfall wahrgenommen, sehr modern.
Das war in anderen Hotels nicht der Fall.
Stromausfall kommt mindestens 5-10x pro Tag vor.
Generell sind Personal sehr freundlich mit Ausnahmen.
Zimmerservice Personal durchweg freundlich.
Ausstattung war insgesamt gut.
Ein kleiner Fitness Raum mit Kurzhanteln bis 25kg

Cons:

Das Hotel rechnet einen extrem schlechten Wechselkurs. Die Buchung erfolgte über Booking.com in Dollar. Laut Booking.com wird am Tag der Ankunft der aktuelle Kurs verwendet. In meinem Fall waren das jedoch 60 US-Dollar mehr, was knapp 8 % mehr als der tatsächliche Wechselkurs bedeutet. Zu bedenken ist auch, dass die lokalen Preise deutlich unter denen liegen, die über Booking.com gebucht werden, nämlich fast 40 %.
Teilweise merkt man, dass das Personal (nicht alle) keine professionelle Ausbildung hatte. Wenn man sich beispielsweise zum Frühstück an einen Tisch setzt, an dem bereits abgeräumt wurde, d. h. es sind keine Tassen und kein Besteck vorhanden, und das Personal kommt und legt nur Servietten hin, ist das kein guter Service. Erst nach Minuten des Wartens und auf Nachfrage wurden Tassen und Besteck gebracht.
Das Hotelsystem hat ebenfalls Mängel.
Anscheinend ist es eher üblich, dass die Zimmer von Einzelgästen, also nur einer Person, gebucht werden. In meinem Fall war das Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht inklusiveFrühstück, was jeden Tag zu nervigen Fragen beim Frühstück führte, da in der Regel die zweite Person das Frühstück zusätzlich bezahlen musste. Die Zimmer hatten immer nur ein Handtuch und eine Kaffeetasse. Irgendwann habe ich aufgegeben, es immer und immer wieder zu erklären, dass das Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht wurde.
Die Waschbecken in allen Zimmern – ich habe mir extra viele unterschiedliche Zimmer angeschaut, inklusive Suiten – sind so klein. Solche Waschbecken werden in Europa höchstens in Gästebadezimmern verbaut.

Greyfield Hotel was an exceptional experience! Can't wait to come to Benin again.
Pros:

The staff are highly cultured and very professional. The breakfast is all around exceptional. Greyfield Hotel is a project well thought through and meticulously executed. It is a symbol of excellence.

Cons:

I hated the idea that I could not watch the Nigeria — Morocco match in my room despite all the efforts made by the technical staff of the hotel. It was quite painful.

At night you can hear the people walking in the corridors and can hear the slamming of the neighbours room.

Also, the UPS beeping sound kept us awake at night
