Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Consistently praised across reviews — described as 'Clean', 'Extremely clean', 'so clean', and 'clean and comfortable', supporting a very high score.
Service
8.5
Staff frequently described as friendly and exceptional, but one serious negative incident (reservation cancelled at check-in and lack of follow-up) lowers the score.
Location
9.5
Multiple mentions of good, convenient location and proximity to destinations/dragway justify a very strong score.
Room Quality
9
Beds, pillows and showers were specifically praised, though a few issues (bad sofa pull-out mattress, a nonworking wall lamp) reduce it slightly from perfect.
Amenities
9
Breakfast and on-site purchase options and general conveniences are highlighted positively; a few minor complaints (fan/white-noise issue) keep it below top marks.
Value for Money
8.5
Generally reasonable given cleanliness and amenities, but explicit complaints about pricing for a single senior and overpayment due to the cancelled reservation lower perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast repeatedly called 'amazing' with standout items (fresh cinnamon rolls) and good selection; some hot items noted as slightly below average but overall very positive.
Overall Experience
8.5
Majority of reviews are very positive ('Will definitely stay again', 'Had a good time', 'Great place to stay') but the notable check-in/cancellation incident and a few room issues temper the overall rating.

Like sleeping on a cloud!
Pros:

Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I was a little iffy because every holiday inn express I’ve stayed at was questionable. But this one was amazing! And your staff were so friendly.

Very disappointing
Pros:

It was close to our destination

Cons:

We had an issue with check in. I had made a phone call to check the cancellation policy. I repeated to the clerk that I did not want to cancel. When we arrived, she had indeed cancelled the reservation. I ended up paying more for the two rooms than I originally did. I was supposed to get a call after speaking to the manager Justin, and have never received that call.

Great place to stay with good people behind the desk
Pros:

The selection was good and the "fresh" cinnamon rolls were great

Cons:

Most of the hot items were slightly bellow average but expected for a free hotel breakfast
