Pros:

Everything about this hotel was first class

Cons:

The room aircon was turned to freezing with the fan on high when we arrived. I didn't realise until the 3rd night so caught a chill...I blame myself for not being more aware !

Great and comfortable weekend stay.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was quiet, and we were not disturbed by any outside noise. The hotel staff were courteous, helpfful and willing to go extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant.

i like the overall aesthetic , you get the high-end “bougie” feels vibe..the rooms are huge & clean, smells great!

Cons:

for a presidential suite room, there should be a microwave

The staff who asisted us (2 men) with the room type confusion. I would like to commend them. Greyzel and another guy (forgot his name sorry).

We had an excellent stay in the hotel. We will surely come back.
Pros:

The location is perfect. We love our room as it is right across Wright Park. There is a balcony and my kids love staying there.

Cons:

Maybe the shower area can be improved as it is too tight.
