Hotelazo nuevo en Banidorm
Pros:

El hotel la verdad es que está de PM, la comida muy bien y bastante variada, la limpieza perfecta, la atención de todo el personal (limpieza, recepción y de más) perfecta.
Las camas para mi perfecta “algo más altas de lo normal pero a mí personalmente me gustan altas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y súper silencioso.
No se escucha “NADA” de otras habitaciones, muy bien insonorizadas.
La verdad es que estuvimos súper a gusto.
Alguna sombrilla en la piscina de arriba (la de solo adultos) no estaría nada mal ya que había una y estaba rota, no te digo nada la solana que cae.
Para aparcar por la zona imposible y el parking estaba completo, como mi idea era no moverme para nada en coche aparqué a 15min a pie del hotel, cerca de la Estació TRAM Benidorm que hay un parking público asfaltado, después de dejar las maletas en el hotel lo dejé allí y luego bajada hacia el hotel a pie 15min (lo aconsejo)
REPITO SEGURO ESTE HOTEL YA QUE ME GUSTÓ MUCHO.

No me gustó el tema de la gestión del Spa, está claro que no tiene nada que ver el hotel ya que por lo visto es una explotación externa pero nos informaron muy mal.
Cuando bajamos para preguntar había una chica que nos explico las tarifas y lo que teníamos que llevar muy bien y al día siguiente que es cuando teníamos la reserva a la llegada no estaba esa chica, había un chico y teníamos reservado spa y masaje, nos dijo que teníamos una hora de spa y que nos nos moviéramos de la piscina y que vendría a buscarnos al spa la masajista.
Cuando llevábamos 20min de piscina de spa estaba ya del spa hasta el gorro, aun diciéndome mi mujer que no me fuera a ningún lado y medio enfadándonos salí de la piscina y me fui de excursión por los pasillos, menos mal que me fui por qué encontré la sauna y un circuito de spa con agua fría, chorros clientes y fríos y un apartado con una máquina que hacía nieve. Me fui a buscar a mi mujer y pasamos por todas las zonas del circuito.
Lo vi muy mal y se lo comenté a la salida al chico, la contestación fue que pensaba que lo conocíamos. Creo que lo de pensar que lo conocíamos fue una excusa, yo bajo mi punto de vista a todo persona que bajé al spa se le debe de informa de todo lo que tiene par hacer, si no llega a hacer mi excursión reclamo más tiempo para poder ver las instalaciones. muy muy mal.
Luego en la barra de de copas y de más más que hay en la planta (nada más entrar por la puerta principal a la izquierda) la atención muy bien pero había una chica rubia con coleta que la atención muy seca y de mala gana, hasta discursivo es con otra chica rubia con el pelo corto y otro chico más joven de que ella es la que más trabaja y que se trababa más faena que nadie, bajo mi punto de vista los que más curraban y mejor atendían incluso con una sonrisa siempre era la rubia de pelo corto y el chico.
Al día siguiente ya no estaba la de la coleta y había otro chico más con el joven de la del pelo liso, menuda diferencia !!

Pros:

Personal zambitor, orientat spre client in toate departamentele. La receptie toata lumea vorbea bine engleza, foarte draguti si amabili + sefa de receptie o profesionista.
Curatenie zilnica, facuta cu simt de raspundere!
Nota 10 pentru bucatarie, toate preparatele delicioase, cafea boabe, sucuri naturale, bauturi internationale, cocktailuri perfecte, sangria + 5 feluri de vin, etc.
Piscina si barul de pe acoperis sunt top! Lifturi suficiente, rapide.
Prosoape de plaja ce se pot schimba zilnic + pahare pentru piscina, pe garantie, la final recuperezi banii integral.

Cons:

Acustica din sala de mese poate fi imbunatatita...

Chambre spacieuse bien climatisée et grande terrasse

Buffet correct sans plus
Literie pas tres confortable mais surtout les lits sont surélevés par des grands tiroirs ce n était pas pratique avec des enfants

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön gestaltet und hat einen gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, sodass man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlen konnte. Die Ausstattung war gut und die Räume waren angenehm groß. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel und ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

It’s my first visit and won’t be my last. The staff, were great and a very well kept hotel.
Pros:

Overall the hotel was excellent, the staff were always ready to help. The staff who clean the rooms on a daily basis also do a great job. The location of the hotel is in a really close vicinity to the beaches and town. The restaurant staff do a tremendous job as well and nothing was too much trouble, the food was really good and a wide choice of menus. Our only negative was the roof terrace. More umbrellas are needed so you’re able to get out of the intense heat. But that in the big picture was a small issue. It’s a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.👍👍👍

Stanza gradevole e comoda

Cons:

Piscine molto piccole, con sovraffollamento. Inoltre per il lettino è tutto a pagamento. Per tutto c'è il deposito cauzionale e sebbene la colazione e la cena siano state buone, la sala per mangiare ha spazi risotti rispetto alla clientela.
