Our stay at this property was very relaxing. Thank you to the staff.
Pros:

Easy access from 81. Extremely clean. Comfortable mattress. The breakfast was more than adequate. The employees were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They earn a 10+.

Cons:

While we think it’s great that pets are permitted. We wish that we didn’t end up in a pets allowed room.

Nice hotel and comfy
Pros:

Clean , comfy, convenient location

Cons:

The parking situation is ridiculous. If you’re going to allow people to come with trailers and boats and take up 5-6 spots each you should have a back up parking situation . When I arrived back after dinner there were no spots. I ran in to ask the girl at the desk what to do. She immediately got defensive and said that I can park at the donut shop across the street at my own risk but she could not guarantee I wouldn’t be towed. I questioned her why the establishment would allow multiple trailers to take up so many spots and she said it “wasn’t her”. Of course I understood that was not her personal decision or policy but she could’ve been more helpful and less defensive. I understand the workers there can only do so much but I’d implore corporate to either limit space per vehicle or have an overflow plan. Luckily I parked at the neighboring hotel and was not towed.

The staff was very nice and the room was clean and the breakfast was fine.

April, the GM, is awesome!! I put the address of this location in my GPS and, rest assured, I will be staying there every time I pass through Hazleton, PA!!

Very nice get away, April and staff were great.
Pros:

Convenient, clean staff was friendly .

Cons:

Catered to pets, dogs, etc. if I would have known that before booking I would have stayed elsewhere. People are just rude.
