I do not recommend this hotel
Pros:

The location was good for partying in La Placita

Cons:

Black mold in first room, slow draining sink and shower and sink pipe was leaking all over bathroom floor. When inquired about a new room we not only had to pay to be upgraded to a better room after the first night and check out at 11am and wait till 4 with no room in between or stay in bad room that they say they cleaned black mold and fixed everything. No refunds per their policy although these thing’s occurred so we had no choice but to fork over more money and have no room from 11a-4pm. Highly do not recommend!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and the location was very convenient to the nightlife.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating when we arrived on the property. The suite was large and spacious. We loved the ping pong/pool table.

Cons:

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but there were a few issues with the cleanliness of the unit.

The floors and windows were not cleaned properly. Walking around barefoot caused our feet to become black, and we also kept finding gold glitter from balloons throughout the unit, making it seem like there had been an event there prior to our stay without a thorough cleaning afterward.

Additionally, the pool table cue stick was missing its tip, leaving only the exposed wood, which made it unusable.

Other than these issues, we enjoyed our stay, but I believe the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit could be improved.

The hotel was a great location although the floor was sticky and the water wouldn’t get hot we enjoyed our stay.

Staff is like Family

The location was good but what made the stay exceptional is the staff. They helped me find parking and were so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place
