Overall the stay was good
Pros:

The overall appearance was really nice
We liked the fact it was gated with a PIN code to get in all entrances that was comforting
Location was good right in La placita strip

Cons:

I had the 2bedroom presidential suite Rooms was small bed took up whole room no moving around space, no elevators if you have heave luggage be prepared to lift it up stairs
No house keeping if staying multiple days have to request everything you need

Couldn’t wait to get out of there and go to a chain hotel.
Pros:

The hot tub and lounge are are lovely. The staff was very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. The rooms are new and modern.

Cons:

The basic room was described as being a deluxe room when I booked it. When we arrived at the hotel exhausted, we discovered that the hotel room is not private. You have to go through an office space that is in use during the day by hotel staff. This was not apparent when I booked the room. I would never have booked a not private room attached to a working office. The garbage in the office was full. The floors were dirty. Fortunately the lovely lady on staff was able to move us to a large apartment at no extra cost. They also refunded us for the second night. While the apartment was huge and really nice, the floors in the apartment were dirty too, especially the bathroom floor. The property is extremely close to the Placita, which is a loud party zone. I thought it was further back from the night life when I booked it. The sound proofing is not sufficient. But I guess a great location for people that are there for the night life and have a bunch of friends they are staying with.
