Nice and relaxing for the business traveller
Pros:

Very nice staff, friendly, hreat place for evenings after work.

Cons:

I suggest safes (attached to the wall for better impression). Suggest small details such as all toiletries (missed body lotion). The pillows were hirrible (too high). Would suggest potential bigger differential of rooms if u don’t want to go all in in all rooms. Small fridges would be good.

Chic relaxed spot in good location, super beds!
Pros:

Great bedroom, super comfy beds, liked the style of decoration. nice and quiet. Good food in the bar/restaurant area. Would have liked maybe a few Kenyan dishes but the French style food was v good too. Had the burger royale which was excellent and great fries. Breakfast also very good.
Staff were lovely, particularly Alan in the restaurant and also the staff on reception, met some of the owners too who were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really, it was all great.

Everything was great, the food, location and rooms. The pool area was perfect for taking a dip and hanging out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Much ado about not much
Pros:

Location chose to our meetings chelbit drive. Actually, you pay for the location mainly.
Rooms renovated but little.space around a huge bed. Shower large and pleasant. Sink also large and comfortable.

Cons:

Internet regularly dysfunctional really painful.
All hygiene toolkit in a cupboard instead of being in the bathroom
Smells in the toilets because of the evacuation system
No lift! 5 stairs to go to the pool or restaurant so do not be disabled!!
A price largely overrated in light of the performances quite modest.
Swimming pool needed some cleaning. Football party during world cup means you'll not sleep much, especially if you're not a Dutch fan....:)
Staff: I explained that I mistakenly booked a suite 600$ . I asked to change for smaller toom.but with breakfast. Price was exactly the same (480$+120 breakfast =600), and there was enough space. The staff refused....never had that before. Simply unhelpful....thanks God in nairobi.there are other real good hotels and much cheaper and nice. As a consequence we did not try the hotel food and had all meals outside. So I can't judge the food.
