Happy hotel with happy people
Pros:

The loft room is very spacious. Useful sink in the main room. Modern bathroom with first class shower. Large comfortable bed giving us a good night’s sleep. Excellent location. Welcoming and caring staff. You will be happy here. Special thanks for allowing early check in and despite our return flight being in the evening, the staff looked after our luggage in a secure area. Thank you everyone at Ruby Giulia

Cons:

One evening there was a loud party upstairs. Stopped at midnight and I now regret not joining in. Quirky check in process but it is very useful to complete the online check in beforehand. Finally the option of requiring housekeeping should be an opt out option and not opt in.

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima in ottima posizione per girare Roma. Zona tranquilla e ben servita.
Camera silenziosissima, letti ottimi, condizionamento efficace: buon riposo assicurato. Organizzazione generale eccellente, pulizia inappuntabile. Colazione buona e abbonfante. Ambiente giovanile e simpatico. Molto bello il rooftop a disposizione.

Cons:

La camera e' comoda, ma l'organizzazione della camera, con pochi spazi contenitivi e con il lavabo nella zona letto anziche' nella zona bagno ha lasciato un po' perplessi

Fantástico fin de semana de desconexión en Roma
Pros:

Es un hotel moderno y muy nuevo, con una terraza en el último piso donde tomar un café o un aperitivo disfrutando de buenas vistas. Nuestra habitación era amplia y el baño recogido pero con una buena ducha. La situación es excelente, cerca de Termini junto a la vía Nazionale, y permite visitar a pie todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.

Cons:

Por hacer una sugerencia, estaría bien incluir el idioma castellano en la aplicación para hacer el check-in.

O hotel é ainda melhor que nas fotos ! Excelente

Cons:

Apenas uma observação, no check in tenha certeza de que você escolheu a opção para limpeza do quarto todos os dias. Ha uma opcao de trocar a limpeza diaria para a cada tres dias e ganhar um voucher de coqueteis para o bar.

Pros:

スタッフは明るくて親切で、素晴らしかった。
部屋は清潔、寝具、タオルもとても良かった。
部屋は現代的だがエレガントでもあるデザイン

Cons:

・フロントが1階にないのが不便だし、治安上も不安。
フロントに連絡したくても部屋に電話がないので、小さな質問のために毎回6階までいく必要があるのも不便、不親切なシステム
・ブッキングドットコムのチャットも、フロントとの連絡はできないし、連絡を入れてもほとんど返信はない。
・内廊下の壁が真っ黒で、駐車場の廊下のようで、
気分が暗くなった。フロント付近はデザインが明るくてポップなので、手抜きのように感じるのも嫌な気分になった。
・部屋には電気ポット、冷蔵庫がなくて不便
勧められた各階にあるgalleyは機能不全で、滞在中使用不可

Ein tolles Hotel, super gelegen mit noch etwas Luft nach oben was die Organisation angeht, wenn es mal etwas voller wird

Alles ist sehr neu und cool eingerichtet. Junges, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Sobald es voller wurde, war das Personal überfordert. Wir bekamen keinen Kaffee, heißes Wasser war leer sowie die Säfte.

Ein wirklicher Glücksgriff
Pros:

Sehr cooles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Dachterrasse. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich nett und die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich. Die Umgebung ist auch gut und zum Bahnhof sind es nur wenige Minuten.

Cons:

Das Waschbecken im Zimmer. Dadurch stehen hier viele Dinge rum, die es unordentlich machen. Ich finde generell die gläsernen Toilettenkabinen nicht gut. Man kann einen zwar einen blickdichten Vorhang zuziehen aber mir ist es trotzdem „zu offen“.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und es war für jeden was dabei. Der Kaffee wird jeweils frisch serviert. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön anzusehen, sehr gut dekoriert und die umgebende Terrasse sorgt für eine schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Im Hotel war alles okay - bis auf das Klopapier - das war seeehr dünn und entspricht nicht dem ansonst guten Auftritt des Hotels.
