Pros:

Sólo estuve una noche, así que no tengo mucho que decir. Está a las afueras así que para descansar sin ruidos está muy bien, era cómodo y el aire acondicionado por suerte es más o menos nuevo, no el típico que hay por casi todos los alojamientos de filipinas de la época de cuando se inventaron.

Cons:

El agua salía con menos presión que la meada de tu abuelo.

Quiet Home stay near town but not in the middle of the craziness of town.
Pros:

The host met us at the drive and escorted us to our room.
He was very kind and helpful, reached out a few times over the course of our stay to check about cleaning room, etc.
If you need to rent a scooter, he partners with a local business that will deliver the scooter (and it was there in about 30 minutes after we arrived, and potentially could be waiting on you if you reach out ahead of time)

The property is quiet (the property does border a property with construction, but it was not an issue)
The property does have beach access, but to me the real GEM about the property is that is was just far enough from town center to be quiet and not have a lot of road noise, but very close and also very close to Goat Beach by scooter (Goats in the morning, sunsets in the evening, so check it out!)
The host also had a very wells stocked fridge with beverages for purchase which was a nice touch.

There were several good places to eat, but if you do like Filipino food, check out Nanay Elsies. It became our goto. I didn't see too many foreign faces when there, so I think caters more to a local crowd, but was very good for breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The bed only had a sheet, would have been nice to have option for some additional covers.
I had grown accustomed to many of the rooms we staying in having a sprayer for the toilet, it did have the Filipino style bucket/water/scoop, but these are nit picky things, the stay was very good.

Pros:

The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, and I even got upgraded because a better room was available, which I really appreciated.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
It was very quiet during my stay, and I loved that it’s beachfront with a private feel.
It's a 5-10 minute walk from the center of General Luna, with tuk-tuks available everywhere!

Cons:

The water pressure was quite low, though this might just be an island-wide issue.
Regarding the amenities, it would be a great improvement to have shampoo/body soap dispensers in the shower as well as a bath mat and a hand towel.
Overall a great stay! Thanks
