Pros:

Posizione ottima, appartamento molto bello e pulito, lo consiglio!!!

Cons:

È stato comunicato l’orario di arrivo per il check-in che era fuori dall’orario usuale considerato, ci è stato detto che non ci sarebbe stato nessun problema e che sarebbe stato tenuto in considerazione per permetterci un check in personalizzato.
Il giorno in cui arrivano le istruzioni per il check in scopriamo che non era stato messo in conto l’orario di arrivo comunicato da noi, se non me ne fossi accorta personalmente probabilmente saremmo rimasti fuori dall’appartamento tutta la notte!
Per fortuna mi sono adoperata e anche loro hanno immediatamente trovato una soluzione.

Logement au top pour escapade en famille à Londres!
Pros:

Logement très bien équipé, propre et très proche des transports, des bars ou restaurants et des supérettes. Fidèle aux photos. Immeuble très calme.

Cons:

Au 3eme et dernier étage sans climatisation . Pas de stores extérieurs donc chaud dans la chambre. Obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes donc un peu bruyant le matin.
Un petit guide de bienvenue avec consignes pour le logement (notamment gestion des poubelles) et conseils sorties, achats aurait été apprécié…

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, в двух шагах от вокзалов, метро и многих достопримечательностей. Очень чисто, прекрасно экипированная кухня. Спасибо большое владельцам! Это идеальное соотношение стоимости и качества.

Cons:

Несколько странно, что кровать перекрывает половину окна, лишая таким образом квартиру света и воздуха. Телевизор висит так, что его невозможно смотреть, лёжа на кровати)). Впрочем, это мелочи, на которые можно не обращать внимания. Да, и имейте в виду, что если вы указали приблизительное время заезда в 20:00, "умный замок" откроется ровно в это время и ни секундой раньше! Если вдруг вы приедете раньше, придётся где-то ждать до указанного вами времени check in.

Central location 5 minutes walk to St Pancras station
Pros:

The location is very central, the studio was very clean, a bit noisy sometimes but is what you expect in any property next to 2 main train stations, plenty of cafes and restaurants around.

Cons:

During the heatwave it could be really hot, even with portable fans.

Studio für einen tollen City Urlaub
Pros:

Super Einzimmerappartment in London City. Kleine Küche zum kochen. Zimmer war schön geräumig mit modernem Bad. Als die Batterie des Schlosses nachliess erhielten wir sofortigen Support. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eusthon und Kings Cross Station waren super zu Fuss 5min erreichbar. Tolle Variationen an Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Cons:

Eine Dampfablüftung über dem Kochfeld fehlt.

Fantastic location, but not worth the money.
Pros:

The location was perfect, the room reasonably quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was not made and no towels were provided on arrival, you cant see the TV from the bed, the room had not been dusted very well and there was a coffee machine, but no supply of pods etc.

As above, wonderful.
Pros:

Location excellent, room was beautiful and modern, all facilities were there from shampoo conditioner etc to washing up liquid, lots of glasses dishes pots and pans. Towels and bedding luxurious. Bed and pillows very comfy.

Unable to check-in and unwillingness to offer appropriate solution

Cons:

The hotel has a self check-in service, which did not work and I had to find a new hotel at last minute.
This itself is not the reason for the low review as mistakes can happen. The issue is the way how the accommodation tried to solve this. Instead of sending someone to fix the broken smart lock, offering alternative apartment or refunding my booking, they only kept sending new codes that did not work. At the end I had to route the issue through booking.com. in total I spent over 1.5 hours trying to troubleshoot their broken lock without success and only arrived in my new accommodation at 9pm. At the end my refund got confirmed but I had to beg for it various times. In general a situation that could have been just a small inconvenience turned out a massive inconvenience for me, therefore 1 of 10, don't recommend.

New appartement, very functional, close to main transportation hubs.
Pros:

New appartment. small and functional kitchen was very appreciated. everything worked as described. entry to the place was easy and felt secure. few restaurants near. VERY well located to take the train to explore other cities.

Cons:

more storage in the bathroom would be nice, like a small stand with shelves behing the shower. tv should be on a swivel rack so that you can rotate it and watch it in bed (as it is now it is at 90 degrees from the bed). a bit bigger bed tables would be nice too (they feel very wobbly). all in all those are all minor points, we have a great time
