The hotel itself is really nice and the grounds are lovely.
We had so many issues at this hotel, the electric went out completely twice so we were unable to get dressed for our evening and then when we changed rooms in the night, we had to pack with our phone lights. The staff are at best average, simple things in other hotels where staff go able and beyond are not visible at this hotel. The robes and bidet were dirty.
The hotel is completely new, everything is very clean, the staff is attentive and it's a great place to be for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are spacious and we could stay in the hotel for days without leaving as there were a lot of things to do in it.
The quality of breakfast is lacking - if I could, I would have it elsewhere or have it delivered, we paid 60EUR for 1 day of breakfast and me and my wife were surprised by how lackluster it is. The choices are few and hot dishes are not tasty. Other than that everything was perfect.

Das Personal sowie die Lage war hervorragend.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir einen Morgens von einem Handwerker geweckt, der direkt vor unserer Terrasse die Überdachung reparierte. Am Pool wurden ebenfalls Arbeiten durchgeführt, so dass wir keine Erholung hatten.
Property is fine but not worth it. Indoor pool was supposed to be heated but was cooler than the outside pool. No staff at the bars plus ran out of many beverages. Definitely don’t recommend staying here.
The staff was the worst bit of the hotel. The bell boy Esmeraldo was very rude and did not help at all. Ruined our stay from the moment we drove up to the hotel. Was unloading the bags and got told to move the car, he pointed at the parking. Didn’t help with bags. Walked around like he owned the hotel. Started arguing with the receptionist when we got offered a welcome drink. Didn’t help any of us with any bags. No staff at the bars and when we got attended, they were rude and didn’t have many of the drinks listed. Worst experience of a 5 star hotel ever. Will never be staying at a Kimpton again.
Not much to like about this hotel.
I have stayed at plenty of five stars before and never experienced a worst environment than this. The staff is very rude, unhelpful and barely present. Bell boy Esmeraldo is the worst first impression of the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel had a very bad attitude and hostile. Did not feel welcomed at all. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options around.
