Très bon petit déjeuner
We arrived as last minute booking just before midnight due to flooding in our holiday home. The night manager on reception was exceptional with everything and went above and beyond. Hotel was lovey. Had everything you could want. Clean and well equipped. (This was a off peak visit in Jan)
Het hotel is meer dan hondvriendelijk! De honden mochten niet alleen mee logeren, maar ook mee de restaurants in (ontbijt, diner). Het hotel gaf mandjes en bakken voor de honden. Allemaal top.
Het personeel is ook heel vriendelijk. De ligging is top; je loopt zo door de hoteltuin naar de toegang tot het strand. Het ligt buiten de drukte van Albufeira zelf wat wij ook heel fijn vinden. Zeker voor ons als winter plek met de honden: top hotel. Ontbijt is prima. Het diner wat wij hebben gehad in 1 van de restaurants was ook heel goed.
Niets wat ons niet doet terugkomen. Maar, qua schoonmaak in de kamer was het niet helemaal in orde (we vonden bijvoorbeeld plukken haar en speeltje van de vorige bezoekers met hond). We hebben dit tijdens ons verblijf al aangegeven.
Ook plaatsten ze ongevraagd en in stilte een service fee van 10% op de rekening van het diner in het resaurant. Niet netjes….

The Hotel is set in a very quiet area of Albufeira, far from any mess.
The grounds are kept very well and it is wonderful to walk around. Just outside the Hotel is a beautiful beach and trail on the typical Algarve coast.
Room has all the necessary, we were given an upgrade for which we are very greatful; it was nice to find the dog's essentials there upon arrival.
The service was very good at all hours of the day and night. A swift checkin, smiles and kindness during breakfast, very nice people at the reception and a fast checkout too.
The late afternoon complimentary aperitivo is a great touch!
It would be nice if the tap in the bathroom “delivered" more water.
