Cons:

The staff were very rude. I stayed about 2 weeks in total and I was woken up every morning by either the staff or the cleaners even after asking to not be disturbed. Somebody apparently made a complaint once regarding noise and I was asked to pay £12 extra instead of just being asked to keep it down or asked to leave. I booked one more night after this and again was woken up in the morning saying I wasn’t aloud to stay the final night (even though I had already booked and paid the night before) staff then refused me my refund in cash and I now have to wait for it to come back into my account in however many days and that money was needed for me to book another hotel. All in all really not happy with the staff at this place

Was not told that there is a reception on the same road not same building as it does not say on booking.com so couldn't find the property. When we found the reception, staff sent us to a flat on the same road, it was dirty, there was laundry and old bedding everywhere and used bed sheets. It had not been cleaned since the last stay and we had a 2 year old with us. Went back to reception, where they went us to another flat where they gave us the wrong key, we had to go back and get another key. This happened four separate times, they then sent us to a small room in a random house and it smelt of weed and urine. There were people arguing and coming in all hours of the night

Overall propert was not to a standard I would have expected . Staircase so small my feel could varley fit on them. Room
