Fantastic little hotel
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and they are there some of the time. You can store luggage too. Divina, Rome, and Ryan were top tier! They also have a washer and dryer for use for guests.

Pros:

Wonderful stay, great location and everything is super clean, cozy and we'll organized. Rome, Divina and Maica are doing a great job and everything went super smooth. Laundry facilities are a great bonus and kept in great condition. Bed is comfy and the room feels spacious despite the small size. Entering the shower might be a bit difficult for larger folks but we had no issues and enjoyed our stay very much. Looking forward to returning soon.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and the mattresses were very comfortable. Maica, Divina & Rome were also very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Clean, great location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location, room was clean and had everything I needed. Simple check in and check out - and the staff were really helpful when needing to check out the evening before for a flight. Thanks to Maica, Divina and Rome for their amazing communication during the stay and support via WhatsApp.

Pros:

Excellent location ,spotless clean ,lots of extra touches free washers and dryers. WhatsApp messages to check if you comfy .staff available if needed .
Beds super comfy and bedding nice quality ,shower really good ,great air-conditioning system and kitchen facilities great .
Staff attentive ,they were super helpful especially Maica she really helped us when we bkd taxis , and with our WiFi problems .
We will return again soon

Cons:

There was nothing we could fault .
I would just advise if you are elderly dont book the loft room as the stairs to the bed are steep . But its a super cool space. We enjoyed it 😀

Pros:

Great staff, extra helpful with my non-cooperating phone key. I think I was mostly in contact with Maica, she was amazing. The place is nicely renovated, all I needed was available. The location is top class. I was maybe assigned into a barrier-free room, so I would also say the place was spacious, but not sure if it's the same for other rooms as well.

Pleasant, easy process, clean but small space and quite basic. Free laundry included.
Pros:

Clean, modern, automated place, but there’s a few staff around in case you’d need help. The place is close to the MRT stations so very easy to get around. Clean and even though they dont change the towels during the shorter stay there is free laundry so it was all good. Staff I met during the stay was very friendly and helpful, Maica, Divina and Rome.

Cons:

I think SG is expensive so to be honest the room is tiny, no window so can be stuffy at first. They make it work by having dehumidifiers in the room, you’d need to discard the water daily. Everything is quite basic, so all in all a good place to rest at night.

A quiet, clean, and well-located hotel with excellent service

The welcome was perfect, and Maica, Divine, and Rome were really attentive to all our requests: Wi-Fi, room cleanliness, free use of the washing machine to wash and dry my clothes, and recommendations for local attractions and useful tips!
