Pros:

Het hotel was een stuk goedkoper dan andere hotels in de buurt, door de mobile app check-in, terwijl de kwaliteit van het hotel een stuk beter is dan andere hotels in de buurt.
Wij zijn heel erg goed geholpen door het personeel via de app, Maybelle, Divina en Rome.
We konden zelfs onze was gratis doen.

L'accueil qui a été fait par l'équipe (Belle, Rome et Divina) était super ! Nous avons eu des difficultés avec l'obtention de la clé sur l'App mais le temps de faire le trajet entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel, tout était réglé ! Le logement est très propre et dans un environnement calme. Nous sommes accompagnés pour voir comment fonctionne la clé et les équipements de la chambre via WhatsApp + vidéos d'explications c'est très simple.

Cons:

Le groupe de clim dans la partie haute de notre chambre (VT211) était bruyant (anormalement)

Great customer service, facilities were brand new.
Pros:

Very responsive customer support team on Telegram. Very helpful, even did an extra clean for us after we requested and helped us store our luggage. Facilities wise, everything was brand new.

Cons:

Noticed ants on our first day, but after the team cleaned the room again it was fine. Water heater takes 15mins to heat up and hot water is limited.

Forget HC on Victoria. Pay a little extra & stay at H.C on Purvis St
Pros:

Nothing. Except good laundry facilities. The Staff were very helpful in transferring my stay to a much better apartment/studio at Purvis Street which had a lift and way more room. Belle and Divinia were very understanding & helpful in transferring me to a far more suitable suite at Purvis.

Cons:

Not suitable for the elderly.(I'm 69)..no lift, many stairs and room EXTREMELY COMPACT. Difficult to climb up steep and narrow stairs to get to the bed. No room to move once you climb up. This place is only suitable for the young ones. I had to move to another stay.

The location is super convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of food options and transport links nearby. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials including the laundry facilities. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff - Maybelle, Divina, and Rome - were exceptionally warm, attentive, and responsive throughout the stay.

Cons:

The room size is on the compact side, so space for large luggage can be a bit tight. Soundproofing could also be slightly improved as a little noise from the floor above can sometimes be heard. The bed is a bit high to get into comfortably.

Perfect for a short stay in Singapore
Pros:

Very clean, the room had everything I needed for a short visit, and the entire experience was very smooth and convenient. Maybelle, Divina, and Rome were very helpful and responsive
