Pros:

接待人員Ryan超親切，提前到達可寄放行李，雖然沒有電梯，在等待checkin時，收到通知房間已提前備好可入住，行李還拿到房間，一切都很棒!!

搭乘紅眼班機凌晨四點多抵達，還有服務人員可以透過平板詢問相關入房問題，飯店也會傳訊息詢問是否入住成功，很關心顧客，相關問題也很積極處理，比較美中不足的是隔音效果比較差，很容易聽到隔壁或樓上的住宿客動靜

隔音很差，半夜樓上腳步聲音很大，隔壁部分也一樣，另外床頭有點小灰塵外其餘都很不錯

The team, Belle, Maica, Divina & Mitch were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The comms were very good.

Free laundry use.

Rooms are well stocked. Good TV.

Close to MRT.

Great for a short stay.

Cons:

Ventilation in rooms could be improved. Not a major issue but be aware that you need to remember to empty the dehumidifier regularly, otherwise it will switch off and the room becomes damp.

Very nice stay in Singapur
Pros:

The room was amazing. Cozy, clean and silent. They have a laundry room for free also. The staff, Maica, is very nice and helpful. They contact you and explain everything in detail through WhatsApp as well.

Pros:

The hotel was located in a strategic area near all the restos and one of the shopping mall in Bugis, Maica, Mitch and Belle was very nice and helpful during our stay. The room was a bit cramped but it was comfortable and clean, there was a washing machine which is very convenient. It was pretty easy to get the digital key through the app on our phone.
