Das Personal, Divina und Rome, waren immer sehr engagiert jegliche Fragen und Probleme sehr schnell zu beantworten und zu lösen. Man kann Wäsche wachen, digitaler Check in und out sind einfach und die Lage ist wirklich gut.

Pros:

The staff were very available and attentive, and the app-based check-in was simple and easy to follow. The room was spotless, with a space perfectly suited for 1 or 2 people. The location is ideal, close to several metro stations, which makes getting around really easy. A very pleasant stay that I would happily recommend!

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location, with excellent value for money
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Heritage Collection on Victoria and would happily book it again. The value for money was excellent.
The location is very central: Lavender MRT station is a 7–8 minute walk away, Kampong Glam around 12 minutes and Little India about 10 minutes.
The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped, with a microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery.
I particularly appreciated the dehumidifier, which kept my clothes and belongings dry despite Singapore’s high humidity. The bed upstairs was very comfortable and cosy.
Check-in was fully digital via the Heritage Collection app and worked smoothly. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent, with replies to my questions within a minute. A special thank you to Divina and Rome for their helpfulness. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage until 6 pm on checkout day.

Although the apartment faced a busy street, I wasn’t disturbed by traffic noise. The air conditioning produced only a gentle background hum.

Please note that there is no lift and the internal staircase to the bed is narrow.

Overall, a very enjoyable stay with thoughtful facilities, excellent service and great value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

Super sauberes kleines Hotel mit guter Ausstattung auch in den kleinen Zimmern
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal, die Lage ist überraschend ruhig, trotz der Ausgehmeile in der Nähe, die kostenlos me Nutzung der Waschmaschine und Trockner sind super praktisch , es ist super sauber , war schon 2x hier und komme wieder (der Preis ist als Alleinreisender wie überall in Singapore hoch - aber dafür fühlt man sich echt wohl)

Cons:

Der Check in kann etwas kompliziert sein, aber das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit

Rent och fint boende. Hjälpsam personal, både Divina och Rome! Sköna sängar och kuddar.

Cons:

Väldigt högljudd AC som gjorde det lite svårt att sova och det enda som drar ner betyget.

Good location, well thought out accommodation and helpful responsive staff
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff - Divina and Rome were responsive and approachable if needed. They helped me with some issues and worked well with staff on site Luna who was able to resolve my issue.

Cons:

It took some getting used to the fully digital approach but there were still staff available at all times for support

Pros:

1. 직원이 상주해 있지 않으나 정말 신속하고 성실하게 문의에 응답하였으며, 친절을 잃지 않았다.
2. 마리나 베이로 가는 대중교통편도 편리하고 주변에 둘러보거나 구경할 스팟이 많았다.
3. 침대는 편안하고 어매니티가 잘 구비되어 있으며(나는 준비한 내 것을 사용했다)
제습기와 에어컨이 잘 작동하여 쾌적하였다.
4. 복도에도 상시 냉방이 유지되어 있으며 다리미와 다림판, 세탁기와 건조기(삼성제품)을 이용 할 수 있었다.
5. 2층 뒤편 객실에 묵었는데 야간에 통행인원이 많지않고 방음이 잘 유지되어 수면을 방해받지 않았다.
6. 식기와 가재도구가 구비되어 있는 점도 배달음식을 즐길 때 큰 도움이 되었다.
7. 숙박보증금은 실제로는 체크아웃 이후 즉시라고 해도 좋을 정도로 빠르게 처리되었다.
8. 신은 존재하며 이름은 divina인거 같다.

Cons:

1. 저 위의 장점에도 불구하고 우려되는 단 하나는 배관의 노후이다.
필터샤워기를 장착함과 동시에 실시간으로 갈색으로 물드는 필터는 내 맘속을 복잡하게 만든다.

2. 나라마다 수자원의 차이가 있음을 이해할 만한 나이이지만 육안으로 보이는 갈변은 아쉬운 점이다.
배관은 큰 공사와 비용을 야기하지만 호텔에서는 향후 대응책을 고려해보면 좋을 것 같다. 필터를
제공한다던지..이 외는 모든게 개인적으로 만족스러웠던 시간이었다.

싱가포르 여행 동안 머물렀던 Heritage Collection on Victoria는 부기스 중심에 위치해 아랍스트리트와 하지레인, 부기스 준션 등 주요 명소를 걸어서 둘러보기 좋았고 마리나 베이 샌즈나 아트사이언스 뮤지엄 등 핵심 관광지까지도 그랩으로 10분 내외면 이동할 수 있어 동선과 접근성이 정말 최고였습니다. 더운 날씨에도 에어컨이 아주 시원하게 가동되어 쾌적하게 쉴 수 있었고, 객실과 욕실의 위생 상태도 매우 청결하여 지내는 동안 전혀 불편함이 없었으며 주변에 아침 식사를 해결할 수 있는 로컬 맛집과 카페가 많아 매일 알차게 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다. 특히 호텔 직원인 Divina와 Rome이 항상 환한 미소로 너무나 친절하게 응대해 주고 필요한 사항들을 세심하게 챙겨준 덕분에 머무는 내내 감동받았고 더욱 따뜻하고 기분 좋은 추억을 남길 수 있었기에, 다음에 싱가포르에 다시 오게 된다면 망설임 없이 꼭 재방문하고 싶은 최고의 숙소입니다.

Extra-Ordinary Stay
Pros:

1st: I loved the cleanliness of the hotel internal overall ambience.
2nd: I loved the clean room & facilities in the room.
3rd: Although designed as a clever compact bunk room that i was staying-in, i loved the cosiness of the small entrance & eating area , the personal sink , the (bathroom) a compact toilet & shower cubicle , which was very clean!
4th: The bunk Queen bed was amazing & comfortable.
5th: Dining amenities were provided along with a microwave. Super awesome!
6th: Design esthetics of the hotel & my Bunk-room were absolutely just FABULOUS!!!
7th: My Hosts (Tricia, Divina & Rome) were Super Spectacular throughout my whole short stay - in serving me whilst I had some small issues with My Digital Key access. Which eventually was sorted , of course.
8th: Should the Room prices always be kept consistent & especially reasonable for that Location (as room prices vary from date , time and Location) , Heritage Collection on Victoria WILL definitely be My 1st Choice to stay at , on my next Solo visits in to Singapore.

NOTHING not to Like.

Just had a small issue with regards to my Digital Room/ Access Key. Which was assisted & sorted out definitely by Our Super Hosts (Tricia , Divina & Rome).

This specific Location did not have a Lift.
But Lucky it was just a 3 storey accommodation:
Ground Floor is Floor-1 ,
1st Floor is Floor-2 , and
2nd Floor is Floor-3.

I stayed on Floor-3 , not too bad as I had a small sized Cabin Luggage Bag to carry Up.

No Apto para un descanso saludable

La atención de las personas que nos orientaron a llegar a la residencia. Muy cordiales.

Cons:

Demasiado pequeña las instalaciones. No tenía lo más básico, como un lavamanos, dónde lavarse las manos, donde cepillarse, donde ubicar las cosas que lleve. Y lo más importante de todo, No hay Ventilación, por lo que nos sentimos ahogados, la tubería del gas puesta en el techo a escasos 50 Centímetros de la cama de descanso y dando sobre la cara, por lo que creo hizo que nos enfermamos, y que apenas soportamos estar un día, obligandonos a buscar otro sitio a donde fuimos a pasar el segundo día. Manifeste mi inconformidad, y cancelé la estancia que se había reservado para el segundo día. Gracias
