Pros:

We had previously stayed at another hotel from this brand on Arab Street. Overall, it was a good experience, but the rooms were extremely small. It wasn’t comfortable for two people—you could barely open your suitcases, and even taking a shower felt cramped.

This newer property, located in the same area, seems to have addressed all of those issues. The rooms are noticeably more spacious and much better designed, making the stay far more comfortable.

Although there is no permanent staff on-site, the service was excellent. Communication was quick, smooth, and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

Everything was clean, new, and well maintained. The location is fantastic, and despite being so central, the hotel is quiet. For the price, I honestly have nothing to complain about. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary laundry facilities, which were a very useful bonus during our trip.

I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The staff is extremely helpful and very sweet. Divina and Donna were exceptionally good at their jobs. Always available to help. I have to say this they were always and I mean always smiling and that made my day

Pros:

Very bizarrely laid out room owing to the fact they crammed as many rooms as possible in a renovated small heritage building. Narrow entrance corridor then narrow stairs upto a mezzanine bed crammed under a sloping roof. Absolutely unsuitable for folks with even benign mobility challenges
