Easy check-in, check-out procedures, especially if you check-in online prior to arriving. Key-less system.
I like that you receive a free meal (microwaveable) upon check-in. Good value for money. Have only experienced clean and fresh rooms during every stay.

Cons:

There is no bedside table so difficult to put things like phone, charger and other small things within hands reach unless you put it on the floor or balance it on the bed frame.
May feel claustrophobic for some, as there are no windows.
