Great location for a Tokyo stay
Pros:

Fantastic location in Ebisu, near the station, supermarket and many eateries and walking distance to Daikanyama and Shibuya. Nice lobby and great breakfast. Staff were great. Good natural light and street view from my room.

Cons:

No elevator from the street to lobby - only a very narrow escalator or stairs. Very difficult to move luggage.
Compared to a modern lobby my room was very dull and tired and in need of redecorating.
Very expensive for quality of room.
