Excellent accommodations in perfect location.
Pros:

The location and the facilities are excellent. The staff was exceptional.
The Signature Family room is very spacious.
Breakfast wonderful.

Great Stay for Tokyo Exploration
Pros:

Very dedicated and enthusiastic, hard working staff. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere and the location (in a fair walking distance to Shibuya and directly next to Ebisu Station) is well suited for sightseeing. The room was relatively small in size (very normal for Tokyo inner city) but every square centimeter was well used with clever storage possibilites etc. The bathroom was absolutely top class in cleanliness and comfort! I can also very much recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner: It was very delicious, creative food that I enjoyed a lot.

Cons:

Reception and bar/restaurant entrance are set up in one place (which actually made me miss reception at first entry). In general this is fine but it can get a bit hectic (for some maybe stressful) or slightly confusing who to approach about what. I had no issues at all but it was something I noticed for myself.

Great and friendly hotel in an excellent location!
Pros:

New facilities, super friendly staff, good breakfast and extremely convenient location. We found the room was large enough for ourselves and 1 child, although not as large as some other more expensive family rooms in Japan. We usually stay in Shibuya and found this area better with kids and equally convenient :)

Cons:

We stayed a week and would have loved to get our room cleaned during that time vs. just towels and trash changed. I'm sure we could have asked for this, but we didn't.

L emplacement qui est parfait. C etait tres propre et beau. L equipement tres bien et lit comfortable .
Le prix car chambre reservee avant son inauguration.

Cons:

Il manque un miroir plus grand . Celui de la salle de bain et un peu eloigne (pour se maquiller).
Le buffet du petit dejeuner est un peu leger.
L acceuil n etait pas vraiment fluide .

Pros:

Excellent location few steps away from Ebisu Station, lots of restaurants & bars nearby, also lots of options for shopping. The hotel has everything you need, the room is spacious enough and has a washing machine, hotel staff were very accomodating and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was how on few nights I could hear noise from the street despite being on a higher floor.

Modern, new, stylish, while also cozy with good food.
Pros:

While the hotel is very modern and new, all the details are truly well-thought and carefully prepared. We had welcome coffee drink and also there was an ice cream in the fridge.

Pros:

We were so pleased with this new hotel. Our accommodations were so spacious (Signature Family Room). The bathroom/shower was wonderful. The beds were super cozy. It was convenient to have the small kitchen.
The location is phenomenal, less than a 5 minute walk to the Ebisu train station and shopping center with restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and Mister Donut and Starbucks across the street.

Cons:

Add more towel hooks.
