EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Pros:

We loved everything.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and they're so helpful & knowledgeable.
They can book attractions and trips for you.
A welcome cool drink on arrival was very welcome.
The rooms are beautiful, and exceptionally clean.
Decor is attractive and welcoming.
Really comfortable 180cm bed and a huge shower.
Complimentary water, tea, coffee and bug repellant.
Also, shower gel, shampoo & body lotion, which was really helpful.
Swimming pool area lovely, really comfortable sunbeds. Very quiet, great area to chill out.
Dinner was delicious, fresh ingredients and superb service.
The buffett breakfast included a great choice of hot and cold dishes. Lots to choose from and something to suit everyone.
Everything in this hotel was fantastic.
However, the staff made it exceptional. We can't thank them enough.
We would highly recommend this hotel
You wont be disappointed.

Staff and hotel were both lovely, very homely with few guest and staff so welcoming and accommodating
Pros:

The staff are lovely, place is so clean, and well kept. Staff will go above to make you feel at home and having everything for breakfast, or recommendations for things to do.

Cons:

The location is slightly out of town 15/20min walk to the main areas. Need to get a taxi to most locations, would be great if they had bikes to rent out and cycle in and out of town.

Excellent
Pros:

I feel like i am out of words to describe how perfect this hotel is. Classy and very comfortable rooms with good attention to details. Everything is flowing smoothly, Vimbai the receptionist is excellent, very welcoming and always really to assist. The entire stuff in general- keep it ip guys.

It is central and close to all the activities.
If i had to come back, no doubt I’d definitely stay here again

Great place to stay and a great breakfast
Pros:

Located just a little outside of town but an easy walk. The property was clean. The grounds were beautiful and the staff very accommodating to all of your needs the food there offered a dinner as a snack was delicious and very affordable better to order in advance though it takes a while for the food to be prepared.

Cons:

The only small item that I could mention was that the bathroom lighting is not sufficient for trying to put in contacts otherwise it’s fine

Лодж хороший, все чисто, ухоженно. Очень понравился персонал. Максимально стараются, прямо очень.Улыбаются, на позитиве. На все вопросы моментальная реакция. Бесплатный трансфер из и в аэропорт. Отличная кухня. Богатый завтрак, брал ужин - было отлично приготовленно. Заказывал через них экскурсию в Чобе буквально в последний момент, все прошло четко. 2й раз остановился бы здесь же.

Cons:

Какая-то непонятная звукоизоляция при работе душа - шумно. Вай фай в номере где-то на 7/10, когда заехало много людей.

Stay here, you won’t regret it
Pros:

The staff are wonderful, can’t do enough for you and treat you like family.
Organising tours through them was easy and the quality of our Chobe safari was excellent. We had awesome seats for BOMA

Cons:

There’s nothing to not like the only thing I can think of, and this minor, is the lighting in the room could be better.

Best location , best service and smiling staff
Pros:

The staff were very. very helpful and always smiling , they went out of their way to please the guest.
The shuttle service to/from the airport is so comforting as you land in a new country and last thing you want is rely of local taxi, which may not be safe .
The Breakfast was very good and enough choice. The reception staff were always there to help you book excursions.and guide you

Great place to stay in Vic Falls
Pros:

Loved the staff. The friendliness and helpfulness were top notch. Our room was fantastic and very comfortable. Location was very easy for all of our trips and activities.

Cons:

Due to time of year we couldn't walk as much as we had planned due to wildlife and had to take a lot of cabs. Not the hotel's fault but worth considering if most activities and meals will be elsewhere.

Can't wait to be back and stay with them again!
Pros:

The accommodation was spacious and clean and the all the staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. The dishes we ordered for dinner were superb.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a light or lamp by the mirror especially when you need to shave for better lighting.
