Pros:

The helpfulness of the front desk receptionist Team Lead, ( ?Vanusa). She smiled all the time and helped make our tours and transportation. We met up with a pen pal from Zambia and she talked to her giving her specific direction crossing the border. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast cooked to your order

Pros:

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is modern and clean. The breakfast was good, including proper sourdough bread! There is a nice area to relax around the swimming pool. They also have a free airport shuttle which was very convenient.Wouod absolutely be happy to stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing we disliked but a few minor tweaks would make it even better. The lighting in the bathroom was a little dark and the plugs in the bedroom were covered by the headboard for the bed.

There is space to sit around the pool, but a terrace off the breakfast room would have been a great addition to add some outside seating for eating

Super staff and value for money accommodation without forsaking quality.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel offered options for breakfast/dinner to suit all dietary needs. Fresh fruit, granola and yoghurt plus cooked breakfast. Our was spacious and light. The bed super comfortable with good quality linen.

Pros:

Отель небольшой, но номера чистые, новые, хорошо оборудованные. Очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Заказывали экскурсии в отеле, все прошло отлично. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта и в аэропорт. Неплохие завтраки. Также заказывали ужины, все понравилось.

I would come back!
Pros:

It was amazing. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean, you could smell the cleaning liquids. The bed was comforable, the room was comfortable and all facilities were there. It was amazing to have your room right in front of the pool, and to have your own little terrace. We've absolutely enjoyed this stay.
The staff was super helpful. The lent us raincoats when going to the falls, and they even gave us a ride.

Cons:

The location is a bit 'far' from the center and all the restaurants and facilities. Like a 15-20 min walk. During the day it's quite hot so not convenient to walk, and at night you are obliged to book a taxi because of animals that can walk around in the neighbourhood. Taxi's are not per se super cheap in this city.

1）周围六七百米没餐厅。 2）我们两间房，住了两晚。两晚两间房都遇到没有热水洗澡的情况。第一晚同伴晚上6点多洗有热水，我8点洗没热水；反映给前台说他们要重启热水系统，半小时后有热水，实际没有。第二晚我下午5点多洗澡，又没热水，去找前台说得到回复是电力短缺，我们住过这么多国家的上百个酒店，第一次遇到酒店两晚都是凉水洗澡的！而且每晚近250美元，非常不满意

Un hotel pequeño y excepcional. Nos quedamos durante 4 noches y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Vimbai y el resto del staff son encantadores y atentos con cada detalle. Desayuno buffet abundante y variado. Se puede ir desde allí caminando hasta el centro de Victoria falls y a las cataratas sin problema. El hotel se encarga de la gestión tanto de los traslados como de los taxis.

Cons:

Por decir algo, una poca más de luz en el baño estaría genial.

Best place in Victoria Falls
Pros:

Small, lovely hotel with a very personal touch. Loved the location as it is on a walkable distance from the small city centre and the falls. Quite and relaxed. Clean and spacious rooms with all the necessary facilities. Nice pool and great breakfast.
Loved Vimbai who can help you arrange all the activities you need in Victoria Falls. She’s great. And loved the complimentary airport shuttle. No hassle at all. One of the best if not the best place in Vic Falls!
