Das Personal war super nett, hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend ... besonders erwähnen möchten wir Vimbai... sie ist sehr kompetent und denkt an Kleinigkeiten, die wir nicht mal auf dem Schirm hatten ... sie ist fantastisch! Das Hotel ist genauso wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber, modern, sicher und einfach toll!!! Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

The hotel airport pickup was waiting when we arrived, this was most welcome, the drive was about 20 minutes into central Victoria Falls.The hotel is fairly new and was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. It is about 5 minute drive to the falls, walking is not recommended due to roaming wildlife. The wi-fi was excellent as was the TV. There were issues with the power supply but this appears to be general problem, it would ho off and return a few minutes later.
There is an outdoor pool, a large dining area and taxis could be arranged.

Cons:

Only issue was the occasional power outage.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and a good location
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was airy and comfortable, and the location was just a 5-minute drive from restaurants and 10 minutes.

空港まで無料送迎してくれます。またビクトリアフォールズチケット売り場までも無料送迎。朝ごはんも美味しくまたとても静かな立地です。スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

レストランやお土産屋さんがあるシティセンターまでちょっと距離があります。またビクトリアフォールズまでは歩くと30分ほどかかります。周辺、特に夜になるとイボイノシシやサルなど動物が危害を加える可能性があると言うことですので出歩くには注意が必要。まあ昼間でもイボイノシシがそこら中にいっぱいいますが（笑）
送迎の時間は守ってくれません。アフリカタイム？時間に正確な我々日本人は馬鹿正直に待ち合わせ時間にフロントに行っていつも待ちぼうけでした（笑）

Beautiful place but needs work to make it a place to relax.
Pros:

Lovely refurbed hotel with some great staff. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was great. +++. Food was very good both breakfast and dinner, the new chef was excellent. Younger staff members very helpful and welcoming. Older members were a bit gruff and less welcoming.

Cons:

There was no atmosphere and we were whispering at breakfast with the staff almost standing over you, so a bit over attentive.
The bar needs looking at as only had one bottle of chilled white wine and not an inviting place to sit. Needs something to improve ambiance.
