Great location

Lovely refurbed hotel with some great staff. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was great. +++. Food was very good both breakfast and dinner, the new chef was excellent. Younger staff members very helpful and welcoming. Older members were a bit gruff and less welcoming.

I loved the staff, Vimbai especially was very helpful. Beautiful location as well, close to everything. I loved that there was a pool right opposite the rooms

Staff welcoming and very helpful, eager to show us how things worked. Beds super comfy too and sheets lovely and crisp and clean. Shower was hot. Room was a nice size and like the other rooms our patio doors led out to pool. Were chairs out for us. We were collected from airport and dropped off. Also had a shuttle into the town FOC. The eggs were the best. Nice choice of 3 cooked meals at breakfast along with continental options. Personnel very helpful too with tips on using local transport making sure we didn’t over pay on taxis. Also changed larger US notes for us on request without issue.

I had a really great stay here and would absolutely come back. The airport pickup and drop-off were incredibly prompt and seamless, which made traveling so much less stressful. After a long journey, that kind of efficiency makes a huge difference.

The staff were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They were always quick to respond and happy to assist with anything I needed.

The bed was super comfortable (which isn’t always a given!), and I slept really well each night. The AC worked perfectly too. It was strong, consistent, and a lifesaver in the heat.

Overall, a smooth, comfortable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

From the time the hotel shuttle picked us up from the Airport the staff anticipated and fulfilled our every wish with a greeting and a smile. The cleanliness was exceptional, the food was made to order and tasty, the price was very affordable. They booked all tours and ensured you met the departure times. Peter the manager provided helpful tips about the area.

Kostenloses Abholen und wieder hinbringen zum Flughafen. Shuttle zu den Victoriafällen auch kostenlos. Modernes, gut ausgestattet Hotel mit großem Pool. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und prima Kaffee zum Frühstück. Sehr ruhig gelegen und sicher.

El hotel les totalmente recomendable. Los "fallos" que puede haber es por las carencias del país y la falta de formación en una sociedad muy pobre, pero los empleados se esfuerzan mucho por atenderte.

Es una buena opción para visitar las cataratas Victoria desde el lado de Mozambique si vuelas desde el aeropuerto de Victoria Falls, tienen traslado gratuito a las cataratas de ida.

The Hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Vimbai, is a true concierge. In fact she's better, because she did the thinking for us. She recommended activities and organised our transfers. Was excited to hear our experience when we returned. Made sure we understood the taxi pricing system so we didn't pay over the odds for transport. Suggested where we should go and gave us choices of activities as we were only there for 48 hours.All the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. They are delighted to see you when you arrive and delighted when you return from sightseeing. The weekend to Vic Falls was a gift and we were thoroughly spoilt by Vimbai. We would highly recommend you stay at Savanah68.

Wonderful staff team; from being met at Vic Falls airport, I was warmly welcomed by the whole team. The reception team are exceptional, were helpful and friendly and always able to greet you with genuine warmth. The kitchen chef and the team on service are fantastic, a wonderful range of quality, well cooked dishes. Maintenence and housekeeping also fantastic. A truly awesome full team of committed staff. I loved my brief stay here.

Very lovely place. Exactly as per pictures. Swimming pool was amazing. Bed was comfortable and room had nice touches. Savannah had shuttle service, convenient for drop off for activities. Breakfast was scrumptious. Everything about this hotel was on point. Peter was amazing in assisting us in booking our activities and general advice.

Очень заботливый персонал, отзывчивый, старается во всём помочь и сделать всё для вашего комфорта. Девушка на ресепшне очаровательная и общительная. Даёт полезные советы по поводу пребывания в городе, да и в целом с ней приятно поболтать. Завтраки очень неплохие.
Номер чистый, ароматный и комфортный, комаров не было. В номере есть средства от москитов на всякий случай. Уборка ежедневная. По приезде отель угощает напитками и сендвичами. Расположение удобное, до водопада можно дойти пешком, ходить по улице совершенно безопасно (а ещё можно встретить мангустов и других животных), единственное, что раздражает - пристающие продавалы на каждом углу. Просто каждые 5 метров кто-то что-то настойчиво впаривает, из-за этого устаёшь гулять по городу.
В общем, отель отличный, рекомендую!
