Pros:

Hotel situado en el centro de Guadalajara. Servicios a la mano. La habitación totalmente nueva, cómoda, relajante y agradable. La limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en sí, muy bien. Me gustó mucho el olor del perfume tanto de la recepción como de la habitación. Cuentan con estacionamiento 24h, un punto a su favor si vas con tu coche porque te evitas el buscar un lugar donde estacionarte.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no servía y pasé mucho calor en la noche.

Besides the water the stay was great.
Pros:

It’s close to everything. Hotel is nice looks like it’s still getting remodeled. Price is good. Room was just remodeled.

Cons:

A few things. The elevator is kinda weird. The water had a gross smell and color. I didn’t want to complain but I was freaked out. Smelled like rotten eggs, bad bad odor.

Hotel is great overall with interior and location. Management need to learn and willing to upgrade
Pros:

The hotel itself looks new and very good with spacious room and great view of the temples and city.

Cons:

1. Guest need ride twice elevators to get down to the main floor.
2. Glass window is big but nowhere can be open.
3. Hotel need buy more iron so cleanning lady won't enter my room to borrow it at 8:40 am while guest is still sleeping.
4. Why not refill the coffee bag at the same time while cleanning the room?
5. Manager shall address guest concerns right away instead of telling you that he is only a low level manager and the higher level manager has just gone somewhere.
