Pros:

Very cute design and amazing location. The breakfast was very delicious too, we tried 3 different items during our stay and all of them were great. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Cons:

The only con is the lack of elevator, however the staff is kind enough to help with the luggage

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Warm service, the staffs are always happy to help. Housekeeping keeps the room very clean while respecting personal preferences （keeping pillows that I don’t need aside instead of putting all back on bed everyday)

Cons:

Power sockets are placed low and not very convenient

A wonderfully comfortable stay with understated luxury
Pros:

The attention to detail was exceptional with comfort in mind in every sense. From the really comfortable bed with beautiful bed linen to robes, slippers and herbal water, bathroom supplies and tea making facilities.
I lived the fact that there seemed to be attention paid to sustainability too.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing!!

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Unique ambience , if you wish for a top notch experience, it’s totally worth it 💯

Cons:

The food at the restaurant doesn’t seem to be of high quality , not fresh, particularly meat kebabs , but it’s not related to the hotel itself . Breakfasts , however , are really good.

Pros:

Vlad and Bahit were unbelievably helpful - big shout out to both of them! They helped us book taxis given that we couldn’t set up the taxi app with a UK phone and making calls for us amongst all sorts of other things!
