Good value and comfortable room
Pros:

The price was right and the room was large and comfortable.

Cons:

When I first arrived, it took a few minutes to realize that Suburban Studios was another name for this Rodeway Inn—because the sign I saw on the side of the building said Rodeway Inn in large letters, and Suburban Studios below them.

Nothing I liked it before management was changed.

Cons:

Do NOT book w this property through booking. Booking will cancel your reservation and then won’t refund you for a few days maybe. The supervisor wasn’t understanding of the situation & even accused me of staying on the property without paying. After that type of accusations I immediately packed up and left & I was staying there for months, never paid late or gave the property a problem.

I arrived and the lady said my room wasnt available and completely sold out but when i asked for a refund she said one moment then gave me the room i paid for so it made me suspicious
