New apartment close to CBD
Pros:

New apartment. Close to city. Very comfortable bed and room nice

Cons:

Confusing initial entry coding. Bond taken more than room rate. Still not returned after I left. Surely they have my credit card details if any issue from them with room.

Fantastic stay! Once I’m in the room finally

Pros:

Location was great and the room was well cleaned.

Cons:

The check in process. I was not at all comfortable with the pre check in system which requires a verification to be sent prior with a selfie photo and an ID to a third party. Felt like I was giving away the keys to my house.
Airconditioning sounded like a washing machine. Fire alarm went off after midnight which required evacuation. Out side in the freezing cold until firemen confirmed false alarm.

Modern, neat, comfy
Pros:

Good location for what we needed, walking distance from restaurants on Melbourne street. Fantastic clean modern room with large bathroom. Friendly staff.
