Our stay was absolutely perfect, wouldn’t change a thing except staying a few more days, four was not enough!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff so professional and helpful, getting us tickets for several things and always friendly.

I wish I had booked more than one night!
Pros:

The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was exceptional for a downtown hotel with many choices and GOOD COFFEE!

Cons:

A minor irritation that many hotels make: using the controls for the AC and the television are not intuitive... I gave up on the AC and it took way too long to operate the tv remote.

Perfect hotel in Budapest
Pros:

The room was small but had everything I needed and was sparkling clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing.
Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful and did their best to make you feel welcomed.
The position is perfect so you can walk everywhere and is located in a very safe area. The breakfast was good and diverse.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta e centralissima, tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibile facilmente a piedi ( compreso il bus express da e per l’aeroporto ) . L’hotel è veramente molto bello ed originale . Le stanze pulite e la colazione ricchissima ed eccezionale. Personalmente gentilissimi e attenti ad ogni richiesta e pronti ad aiutare.
I dintorni sono pieni di ristoranti, locali e negozi.

Excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff. Excellent location, close to the Chain Bridge and many touristic areas. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in the area. Easy access to public transportation.

Cons:

Rooms are small. We were ok (a couple, minimal luggage) but may feel tight for a long stay. Cooking smells from the kitchen, especially oil smell in the morning when breakfast is served. Our room was on the 1st floor, facing the courtyard where breakfast is served.

A memorable visit

We couldn't get the TV remote to change volume and had great difficulty changing the air conditioning. Instructions were absent.
