BUENA ELECCIÓN EN BRUSELAS
Pros:

El hotel es cómodo. Todo se realiza con una aplicación a través de WhatsApp, así que no vimos al personal. La habitación espaciosa, casi como un "miniapartamento". La cama cómoda. Es muy útil el rincón con la pequeña cocina. El baño también muy espacioso con una buena ducha, esto para nosotros es importante, así como la limpieza que nos pareció satisfactoria.
Existe una sala de desayuno, con una máquina para poder hacer un café o lo que quieras, hay que pagarlo, y también algunos pastelitos que son de cortesía.

Cons:

Por decir algo: no hay ascensor. A nosotros no nos importa pero puede haber clientes para los que suponga un pequeño problema. Como hemos dicho nos vimos al personal. Hay un teléfono de contacto. No tuvimos problemas así que no necesitamos llamar. No sabemos cómo hubiese sido la atención en caso de necesitar alguna cosa....en fin, se supone que te atenderán adecuadamente.

Sehr schönes Hotel ohne Personal vor Ort.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt günstig zur Metro und in einem schönen Umfeld. Gleich um die Ecke findet man Bistros und die Zimmer sind einigermaßen ruhig. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Die Online-Kommunikation mit dem Hotel klappte gut.

Cons:

Es gibt keinerlei Personal im Hotel und so war die Kaffeemaschine (2,50 Euro die Tasse) im Frühstücksraum defekt und niemand da, der helfen kann. Zudem kann man nur mit dem Smartphone die Türen aufschließen. Es gab keine Schlüsselkarten, was geringfügig nervig war. Das Zimmer war mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile ausgestattet, es gab aber keine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren für 6 Tage in der Unterkunft, die Lage war perfekt, es war alles sauber und die digitalen Türschlösser haben uns sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Es war wirklich alles top- einzig ein scharfes Messer hat uns in der Küche gefehlt. Wir haben nicht gekocht, aber um sich z.b. etwas Obst zu schneiden, wäre es hilfreich gewesen.

Very nice 3-night stay in Brussels with my family.
Pros:

Very nice mini-hotel that also has a fitness room and breakfast room and in-room small kitchen. Great location near Parc Cinquantennaire and all public transport options. Very friendly / accommodating staff.

Cons:

There was no basic coffee or tea making supply. The tram noise in the street facing apartments is quite disrurbing.

Comfortable and positive vibes!
Pros:

It was very clean and very accessible to the Metro!

Cons:

There was not lift and our Studio was on the 3rd floor so it was a hassle for us because we had a baby with us although the management told us before our arrival but a positive feedback would be to install a lift for future.

Parfait !
Pros:

Super séjour, contact avec l'hôte impeccable, super disponible, à l'écoute et réactif.
Le logement est magnifiqe, les lits confortables, la chambre très spacieuce (très appréciable pour un séjour avec enfants) et très belle.
Nous reviendrons, c'est certain !
