Comme à la maison !
Pros:

La chambre bien aménagée, la salle de bain avec le grand espace de douche, la salle de petit déjeuner avec des gaufres :)

Cons:

Un peu chaud au dernier étage et la lumière du jour malgré les rideaux

Great location outside the city with easy city access
Pros:

Great location next to the Metro so access to the city was easy. Also, close to some of the tourist sites and a short walk to a collection of restaurants. It was quite warm while we were here, so we were grateful for working A/C.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard - but that does mean it was a new mattress! I may have missed it, but there wasn’t an elevator so larger luggage up the stairs was more than anticipated.

Very pleasant short stay, will come again
Pros:

There was no breakfast and I wasn't expecting it.
The location was good - smart area and front door, easily reached by Metro from Gare Midi.
Very modern and new facilities. Kitchenette with fridge and hob/microwave very useful.
Plenty of storage space for my short stay.
Easy to access through app.
Nice to be able to open door on to balcony, and not overlooked.

Cons:

Disappointed about having to pay for coffee in lounge
Long way up to third floor for Apartment 11 (but I was expecting that)!
Instructions for microwave would have been useful.
Bathroom mirror attachment could have been firmer - I was worried that it was going to fall when I wiped it to remove condensation.
Reception of main Belgian channel on TV was very flaky and I couldn't really watch it. Other channels were ok.....

Bon emplacement, pas loin du métro et à proximité des petits commerces.
Très calme pour un quartier aussi fréquenté

Soggiorno piacevole grazie ad un ambiente pulito , moderno e con ottimi servizi.
Pros:

Molto pulito, essenziale , ma curato, in ottima posizione con fermata metropolitana e mezzi di superficie.

Cons:

Migliorerei l'insonorizzazione dlle finestre, il traffico ed i rumori non sono sufficientemente filtrati.

Pros:

Hotel neuf

Cons:

Pas de réception dans l'hôtel et donc pas de possibilité de laisser des bagages.
N'ayant pas WhatsApp nous n'avons pas reçu les instructions pour prendre la chambre et nous avons du téléphoner.
Pas d'ascenseur mais des escaliers raides.

Pros:

Nice and clean, good space, nice view, quick help for checkin (but I hate these automatic systems that only works 50% of the time.

Cons:

I received an angry message accusing me of keeping a dog (which I did not). Never received an excuse.
Also the fire alarm went off, and I waited outside for like 45min before someone came to turn it off. I can understand that unforeseen things can happen, but this was too long (there was no fire).

Tranquillité et situation géographique favorable dans un très beau quartier.
Cons:

Pas de possibilité de pendre des vetements et des serviettes dans la salle de bain. Manque des gobelets pour les brosses à dents et une boite de mouchoirs. Pas de réceptionniste et de vrai clés.
