Great quality, stylish and affordable!
Pros:

The apartment is brand new and super clean, really nice quality furnishings including the bed linen and towels. Great shower in our junior room- it looked stylish and spotless. It's in a really lovely neighborhood, very quiet and safe with easy transport links into the centre, the metro and tram stops are literally 2 mins away from the apartment and 15 minutes into the centre. The apartment is serviced every day which is incredible! Sound proofing was great, could barely tell there were others in the apartments. Felt like a luxury. Very helpful having the coffee lounge downstairs to purchase a coffee to go.

Cons:

There is no lift, so the stairs to the top floor are quite a lot with luggage and at the end of a long day exploring the city. If you have trouble with steps it would definitely be worth requesting a lower floor. We didn't cook in our apartment but it was basic facilities. The
air-conditioning wasn't very strong.

Pros:

Все было замечательно. Очень красивый номер, все новое, кровать удобная, есть возможность разместить 12летнего ребенка.

Cons:

Кофемашина не работала, поэтому мы не смогли попить кофе. Немного далеко от центра, нужно ехать на метро 15 минут. В номере нет чайника

Clean New Quiet Good Location
Pros:

Location close to the train station, very new and clean room, shower area too.
Large and comfortable bed, Quiet Garden.
PIN code sends to me for the main entrance/safe n strong and heavy Matal gate, Guest Apps send thru WhatsApp for room access, gym, cafe area etc....

Cons:

No lift and given the higher floor, already requested in advance for low floor due to my back injury. Since Low season, very empty, notice most room was not occupied.
Stay for 3 nights, request extra code for my wife to use of entrance to room, facility, gym, etc..., but no response at all.

Zeer netjes op goede locatie.
Pros:

Zeer schoon. Alsof het gisteren is opgeleverd.

Cons:

Niets. Enige verwarring over hoe je de inlogcode krijgt (via WhatsApp, niet vermeld in eerdere mails of bij online checkin). Het pand is schoon en zeer netjes. Duidelijke vluchtwegen met brandtrap buitenom. Tramhalte aan de overkant van de straat.

Nice convenient place to stay

The location, close to work and the nice room.
Will stay again when next in Brussels.

Cons:

As I booked for someone else, there was a slight coordination problem in receiving the codes to get in, but when settled (quite quickly), all was very good
