Nice apartment
Pros:

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The self check-in process through the app was very convenient and easy to use.

We especially loved the cozy courtyard, as well as the shared kitchen and gym, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to visit.

The only downside is that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Nice and cosy
Pros:

The neighbourhood was very nice and quite. In 3 mins you can walk to the metro station Montgomery, in 6 mins you can walk to Leona's cafe for breakfast and shop from Aldi or Carrefour Express nearby. There are also 2-3 restaurants and a bar in the walking distance. The building itself was very nice. I also liked the balcony of our studio. Laurent was a great host and he answered all my questions very quickly. He was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The lift is must in that building because you have to carry your suitcases along long and steep stairs. Well, my husband did it for us but climbing so many stairs was also difficult for me as I have a back problem. Rooms are called studios but they were actually rooms, and a bit small rooms (Junior Studio and Superior Studio). I think it was a waste of precious space to put a kitchen corner in those small rooms. Balcony of the Superior Studio was nice though. Using digital apps to enter into the building and then the studio and to the car park seemed challenging at first but it was very practical in fact.

Kleines, feines Appartementhaus in guter Gegend. Jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Sehr schönes helles Appartement mit kleinem Balkon in einem charmanten Altbau in zentraler Lage , 2 Minuten bis zur nächsten metro Station.
Zugang zum Gebäude und Appartement funktioniert über eine App. Die Daten standen pünktlich bereit. Zusätzlicher Parkplatz war kein Problem, dieser war etwa 4 Minuten entfernt, aber ein schönes, ruhiges Viertel, daher kein Problem.
Ein schöner Trip nach Brüssel, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen gebucht, letzten Endes waren wir nur zu 2.
Garten und Fitnessstudio haben wir nicht genutzt. Appartement und Flur war sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Leider ließ sich der Parkplatz nicht stundenweise verlängern, weswegen wir dann umgeparkt haben, hatte aber nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun.

Gute Ausstattung mit großem Bett und Bad und kleiner Terrasse (Deluxe Zimmer)

Cons:

Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten beim Check-In, so dass wir nicht direkt reinkamen
Check-in um 15Uhr, aber Zimmer war erst gegen 16Uhr fertig (wurde gerade noch gereinigt als wir gegen 15:30Uhr ankamen)
