Location close to airport. I spent one night between flights.
It was new and very clean
I think the shuttle for the airport should run more frequent instead of every 45 min
It was very clean.
When the add said parking I didn’t expect to pay for a room and also 15 dollars a night for parking

I would not recommend this hotel.
I booked this hotel through Booking.com specifically because it advertised a free airport shuttle. I was travelling alone after a very long day of travelling, and the shuttle was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
I waited at the airport after 15 hours travel from Ireland for approximately one hour, but no shuttle arrived. I was never told through my Booking.com booking or messages that I needed to telephone the hotel separately to arrange the pickup. I was eventually left with no choice but to pay $51.75 for a taxi.
When I arrived, I raised the issue with the hotel. I was told that Nikki, the General Manager, and Daniel, the Front Desk Manager, were there the next morning, I tried from 7 but neither came to speak to me, I was told to email the general manger Nikki but after the first email, they were short.
At checkout, I had to raise the issue with Daniel myself as he was going to ignore it and tried to pretend he didn’t know about it. He eventually apologised, but explained that the hotel had only been open for around five weeks and that I was their first Booking.com guest.
What was particularly upsetting was how uncomfortable I was made to feel when I tried to raise a genuine concern about what had happened. I was travelling alone and had already had an extremely stressful journey. Instead of feeling listened to or looked after, I felt so uncomfortable that I decided I could not stay at the hotel.
The hotel did offer me a 1:30 p.m. late checkout as a gesture of goodwill. However, by this point I wasnt able to relax there, and I needed somewhere to wait until my onward travel at 6:45 p.m. Unfortunately, because of how uncomfortable I had been made to feel, I did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel until 1:30 p.m., so the offer was of no practical benefit to me.
I had asked the hotel to reimburse the $51.75 taxi fare. They have refused and have said that because I did not know I needed to call to arrange th
Very nice clean hotel. Shuttle to airport was great.
There was nothing that was bad, except bar was closed.
Great staff and facility I’ll definitely stay here no time I fly out of Denver. Kudos to the hotel designers for installing a dim bathroom night light.
and fan that works. Nearly every hotel I’ve stayed in, the bathrooms are pitch dark at night and you have to turn on the blinding overhead light.
I’ll be back.
