This hotel needs IMPROVEMENT! but great potential
Pros:

This hotel is a brand new hotel, so they have a pool, on the roof with a rooftop bar overlooking Ghana. The hotel comes with a taxi service so make sure to ask for Calvin (he's wonderful) the chef and the restaurant team are super lovely especially the lady at breakfast. Breakfast is amazing and they have a good amount of options and the kitchen team are able to adjust your order to accommodate you.

The rooms are very spacious and are laid out pretty well.

Location is amazing and having Calvin able to pick us up and take us to where we need to go is such a luxury and you never have to worry about finding a taxi service and the prices are perfect. They also do your airport transfers.

The celebration of the opening of the hotel was over an evening that we were there and it was so much fun, the staff are incredibly friendly and they had lovely hospitality. They also were very accommodating as we had a birthday over our visit.

We definitely would stay again but not anytime soon unless it improves

Cons:

The WiFi quality is not the best and trying to sign on to it took us 2 days which was super frustrating as travelling across the world you need to be able to get in contact with friends and family is important and be able to plan your days. It was sorted out by the end of our second day but that is something that should be a non negotiable of having that constantly.

The hotel Aircon dropped out for a few hours which of course was like being in an oven. The water was off for 24 hours which again was soo frustrating.

The staff are NOT trained properly. You need to have confident people on your front desk to deal with check ins and customer enquiries. Which we didn't have and of course that makes it more frustrating when you have a team which are lovely but have no clue what they are doing. That stems down to management.

Check in took 2 days, it was frustrating coming from a long travel journey, having no WiFi and a team on the front desk not know what they were doing.

The hotel is new so we gave them grace when it came to these problems but THESE THINGS MUST BE ADDRESSED!!!

It has the potential to be a great hotel but needs time to improve.

Great hotel in a great place, but take uber to get there.
Pros:

This is an upscale hotel. We had two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Everything new, clean, nice. Coffee and tea provided. Breakfast was very rich and very good. Last day we were leaving early and asked for breakfast to be packed and sent with us, which the restaurant did. Also, we needed a day trip and the hotel organized it and it was a very good trip.

Cons:

Airport transfer with Uber should cost around 8 USD, but when I initially asked the hotel for the transfer, they gave me the price of about 35 USD and then they asked how many people we were (we were 4), they said it was 25 USD for each person, so 100 USD total when we ended up paying 8 USD for Uber. I understand that it is common practice to overcharge tourists, but not ten times, perhaps. Also, we really loved the breakfast, but keep in mind it is very slow. We probably spent an hour waiting for the omelette and we were the only people there.

Such a perfect place for our family vacation!
Pros:

The apartment was exceptionally clean and cozy! It provided the right blend of hotel/apartment stay with housekeeping and room service at no extra charge. It is suitable for families with younger children who want to be together. The washing machine, hot plate etc also allowed me to care for my kids properly while there. The staff were friendly and very helpful & food was exquisite!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing! I could go on about more things l liked about the property! It’s also close to other restaurants and very accessible to other parts of town!

Lovely staff. The food is amazing - chef gets 100%. Location gives u access to the fun in Osu

Great way to experience Ghana
Pros:

The property is so modern and clean. There is a roof top open for all guest. The restaurant is also nice but they have limited food. Great experience

Cons:

The area that the place is located is a little out of place….. there is a nice vibe though for people that like going out
