Шикарний готель з якісним сервісом. На кожному кроці відчувала турботу збоку персоналу. Чудовий ресторан, є парковка, зручна постіль в номері та коректна комунікація при заселенні. Враховуючи, що в минулих кількох отелях мене намагались обдурити, взяти більше грошей чи підсунути гірший номер, тут досвід був виключно позитивним.
We were surprised by the high Booking.com rating. The single beds were very narrow; we struggled to avoid falling off. There was no staff at the reception; we didn't see anyone for four days. It was quite far from the city center, and the traffic was heavy, so we wasted a lot of time getting there and back. The breakfast was very inadequate; we were disappointed because Booking.com advertised it as an excellent breakfast. They offered five options, each containing a single plate, and you could only choose one: a slice of bread and only one coffee or tea. Subsequent coffees or teas were charged separately! In short, we couldn't get any help because there was no staff at the reception, it was far from the city center, and the breakfast was inadequate. Given these conditions, the price was also very high.
