On arrival the bathroom was not very clean - hair left in the shower. There was a socket not fixed to the wall properly

Excellent and stylish hotel in a great location!
Pros:

This hotel was exactly what I was looking for: a nice, comfortable and well-located place to sleep in Punta Arenas. I was really surprised by the beauty of the minimalist, Nordic-style decor in the bedrooms. Overall, this was an excellent choice.

Cons:

If I were to recommend anything it would be to offer a better breakfast. The breakfast offered was very limited and very unhealthy (bland coffee and processed, store-bought snacks). If you they could offer something fresh and local-- fresh juice, croissants or fruits for example -- I would rate this hotel a 10. We ended up having breakfast at local cafes during our 2-night stay.
