Cons:

Not able to control thermostat. Not able to turn AC on and leave it on. Thermostats are motion detected which makes for miserable hot nights. Absolutely terrible idea for them to do that especially in the Texas summer.

Didn’t like I had to change rooms 3 times due to no water in it , and the ac was bad , the light didn’t work etc having to pay for better WiFi trash in he halls no luggage carts at all halls smelled like dog piss no made service the whole time I stayed 2 weeks somewhere down the line they could have at least once mopped or cleaned the room

As much as they charge some things should be included
