The Hive Partition Room in Tecom Near Metro

Well, my room was occupied by someone else, so they sent me to another room that is also occupied, so to another room that of course was occupied, at the end they sent me to a nearby building, and finally there was a room that was free, and in that house it was all dirty, full of mold, wet and mattress, they looked dirty and smell bad. In the kitchen there were cockroaches, dirty pots and spoiled food. A disaster. The only good thing was the location. The house had wiffy but no one gave me the password.

I'll never visit again because of the staff I requested them to early check-in 1 or 2 hour but they start ignoring calls and the host also does the same

I booked in Shiba tower then they gave to me another room in another building !!!! scammers!
You book and pay here after when you reach there they give to you in another dirty building a room!!! I texted them before 1 day when I will arrive and check in time is until 00 then they say at 21:45 you arrive too late so you get another place!!! They knew that my flight when arrive before 1 day I wrote and I called them from the airport and I arrived at about 22:30 then they lie that because you check in too late!
They scam you to book in Shiba tower but you will get another dirty place

Everything is so horrible from the cast to the end.

When we arrive no one picked up the call we had to wait for a long also while paying for 2 rooms they were insisted to get only one which were very wrong, but the security helped us.. and the lift is always full

I didn't like how the so called Ahsan handled the whole thing, i had booked at al shiba tower A and before i arrived i had talked to this guy Ahsan who was so rude and unprofessional, upon arrival i called him and he requested i share the booking number which i had already shared with him hours before only for him to ignore my calls and when he recieved after calling several times he started shouting and told me to call the office. As a good customer that i am, icalled the office only for the them to inform me that the room i had booked is not available.

Super small rooms n I got the "big one"..
Huge building will lower working class ppl that makes using the elevators a full travel exhausting experience, waiting time 30min on busy hours...
Will I visit again? Probably yes, nice for the price, lots of shops n restaurants in the building n area, metro 2min away, I'd say okay overall

Dirty, very bad communication with the host, wifi doesn't work, 30 minutes queues for the elevator. honestly? the worst accommodation I've ever had in my life. Better to avoid.

The bathroom ceiling is dripping and bathroom floor drain is overflowing with water. Waiting too much to get the elevator while going up or down!!

No staffs are there. I stayed totally 5 days. I requested to clean the room many times via phone. No response. Not even cleaned a single day.one day night water not coming in taps. I requested to take steps. No response.
